I've been doing my taxes here and there with HRBlock for 10 years, and by far this last one was the worse treatment I ever had from a "Tax expert", the guy was over 20 min late and looked annoyed with me, because I had to fish some document online, and when he went to get my print outs with the front desk lady, he and the receptionist were laughing at me, for whatever reason; for the price, I wish I did online my taxes online, I will never go back to the that location again!!! Horrible experience!!!

Frequently changes appts to accommodate ridiculous schedules and hours and severe Lack of communication. I had an appt changed 3 times, no one bothered calling me I just kept getting texts. When i did call 1 person said they’d fixed the appt and scheduled me appropriately in a time slot that worked for both of us. 24 hours later I’m being called to change it again. The tax rep couldn’t figure out their own schedule so she said she’d call me back but I didn’t hear from her until about 30m to my appt time of which i didn’t bother attending because I had no idea if i still had the appt or not. Trying a new location next month since this one doesn’t seem to be able to handle simple operational basics.

This place is awful held my taxes for months without filing and told me I was all set but they lied. I wish I went elsewhere never again. I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one. I had to go through coperate to get answers regarding my tax return.
