Worst experience ever. I ended up paying them on top of having to go back to the office three times to fill out paperwork etc. They wrote my wrong account number so my bank denied the check and sent it to the address they had on file. WRONG ADDRESS! It was the 3rd year H&R did my taxes so the TAX PRO didn't change my old address from the previous year. Now I have to wait 90 extra days to get my taxes and I've had such a bad year I'm going to lose my music and photography equipment I had to pawn. It's ok the government can keep all its fake paper. I've been suicidal for a while now and this last year has just shown me life isn't worth it anymore.

Really disappointed with the service here. After paying fees they dont reply to emails or answer phones. Also made a large error in my tax returns.

DO NOT FILE WITH H&R BLOCK!!!!! I filed my 2021 taxes in January as opted to have my fees withdrawn from my tax returns as many of us do. My tax returns ended up being applied to a past due tax federal balance, so I called H&R Block to pay for my fees via a credit card so I can get access to my tax returns. I called 5 TIMES and sent 4 MESSAGES ONLINE AND NOT ONE PERSON COULD HELP ME PAY FOR MY SERVICE FEE! There was no system in place for my to pay this and the representatives had no way of accepting my payment vi phone. So I'm pretty much just screwed and if I want to a copy of my tax returns I need to pay the IRS $43 even though I filed my taxes with H&R Block. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service and just inability to make any changes within their own system. Insanity. I'm going back to turbo tax

Well, center square H&R has put the last nail in the coffin. Ive beendoing my taxes with this company for 20 years. These are Irresponsible "experts"that file taxes late without telling you, a tax advisor who just didn't show up to our 9am appt, and the daytime receptionist is rude and unprofessional and put me on hold for 55 minutes! When I called back to inquire about the long wait, she hung up the phone on me. You'd be better having a bus driver or the Easter bunny doing your taxes. What a nightmare!

I come here at the H&R Block for the Convenience of your location. The Staff (Receptionist and the Tax Preps) were both friendly, courteous and professional. I find your fees to be higher than other similar tax prep service providers. And for that reason, based on the Overall Assessment of your Tax Prep Service, I give you 4/5.
