Awful experience! Took almost a week to get the tax preparer to respond to me. Charged me more than they said. Ruined my weekend away as I nervously awaited a return phone call. Total waste of $580 dollars!

Set up an appointment to do my taxes and they canceled it and said to do a drop off instead. Called over 20 times over the course of 3 weeks with no answer. Learned the office closed and I was never notified. Also this branch failed to notify about transferring my forms to another branch. In the process of this they lost my forms and currently they have no been located
