Great stay for one night. Keith Kitson was super helpful and my son said he wore cool suits. I have to concur. The only reason I put four stars was because the water pressure for the shower was so weak. If I was staying another night I would have changed rooms because of it. I would stay there again. Parking is $25 a night FYI so just add that into your cost if you have a car.

Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. Additionally, we were delighted by the high-quality coffee and breakfast served on the premises. There are also many dining options around. Helpful staff.

Their General Manager Mr. Keith Kitson warmly friendly welcomed me at parking lot. I incidentally got lost as my flight had just landed from Virginia. So when I called hotel, luckily was picked up by its GM who immediately stepped out to direct me to the assigned parking lot so my vehicle won't get towed. The breakfast was good with olits peaceful ambience. The lady who prepared did not even want to receive my tips. She humbly said in Spanish language that "she was just doing her job and her company already paid for it". But I left her my tips on the table anuway when I left. The only 1 reason I gave 4 stars for rhe location was because there was no clear visible sign directing you to BOSTON HOTEL Parking lot. So I almost parked at the condo near by hotel. Maybe they should reconsider it.

There were people smoking on the 2nd floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the building... Even though there are signs and it is prohibited, the guests did it. The remote never worked even though they gave me like 5 to try.Rooms: Comfortable, dark and the pillows are terrible with plastic coversNoteworthy details: Includes a small breakfast... Made out of obligation and without love!

Room - heat, tv good, bed okay. Bathroom smelled of mold but no visible mold. No housekeeping service during your stay unless you specifically request it ( like more coffee pods as two were not going to be enough for a four day stay.) Was told that they are remodeling and updating rooms, so .at be much better in the future? Breakfast was poor quality.Safety: Felt safe.Walkability: About a block to the Green B line. Neighborhood is very walkableFood & drinks: Breakfast poor quality, but whole foods and a couple of diners are close by.

If you are reading reviews to see if this is a place to stay, stop now, and book your room. A room in a big city ran by real people. Staff was always available and ready to accommodate. 100% will book again. Could not ask for a better deal for the treatment and location. Proximity to the hospitals was key for us, and Keith made it happen! Thank you!Nearby activities: Pretty much any reason you are in Boston….Walkability: Great location with out being in downtown setting.

I have stayed with my friends. Just a few minutes from Green Line B, Washington St. Great coffee, one of the best in the city. Delicious pancakes and waffles for breakfast. It's a tranquil place. Clean room and cozy bed.

Room reaply smelled like the corpse had just been removed. The toilet flushed slower then a sloth on a waterslide. The sink ran like a were in a drought. Tv didnt let you change settings. Bath was a mad scientists petri dish.

kieth was the highlight of our stay. he was so kind and helpful. the rooms were nice but there was no bin and the toilet didn’t flush very powerfully which made using it quite risky. overall no regrets. ?♀️

Apparently this hotel is shutting down at the end of the month and is no longer legally registered. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Literally a hostel is better. 1.) you’ll see garbage walking in 2.) distinct odor 3.) stains on the walls 4.) paint chipping 5.) they refuse to clean your room until you leave regardless of how many days 6.) squeaky ceilings 7.) customer service which is non existent 8.) overcharging for non existent food.

We were scared after reading reviews that the hotel would have been overbooked and would be left with no room. When we reached and the front desk said the reservation got cancelled for overbooking, I felt my fear was coming true. But he informed that he booked another cheaper room and the reservation platform would be refunding the difference. He was helpful and kind. It could have been worse. Need to mention that the same night 2 other couples didn't get any room due to overbooking. After 1 day, no news from the reservation platform, so we contacted the customer service which after 2 hours settled everything. Not sure if the real issue comes from the reservations platform or from the hotel, but it is scary knowing you might be left on the street. The room itself and furniture is very old but clean enough. The bed was comfortable and we got hot water to shower. It was enough for our short 2 nights stay but the fridge and the microwave didn't seem to be working if this is important.Location is a +, green T line is just 5 min walk away.
