Associate was rude and not helpful even when you’re buying something they won’t let you use the restroom. Worst homegoods I’ve ever visited

New to the area. Want a one stop solution to stocking ur little den? They are a fairly complete option. For full disclosure, I was told they are somewhat pricey. But for someone new to the place and the people, wanting to move on quickly from home making to other bills/worries, like I am..I would recommend this place

This place is always awesome and they got very helpful people to direct you to what you need they have different departments of items and it's a beautiful area inside as well plenty of room to shop or browse things are reasonable that you need I found some items that I really liked and I appreciate the help directing me to whatever Department I needed to go to! This is an example of some of the stores in Downtown Crossing which are very friendly bostonians out-of-towners or those visiting Massachusetts possibly for the first time in their lives! I'm very proud of this store and their handling of customers like myself! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 50! ????

The staff are angels!!! I left my phone at the counter just before they closed, and they actually stayed and waited at the front for an extra 10 minutes for me. Please these beautiful people. Also this is the BEST place to find a sundries basket if you are a tour manager in last minute need of a portable, contractable snack container for OTR tours. You are welcome!

This is a small Home Goods located in Downtown crossing. The location is great but the selection is relatively small. They do sell some nice stuff and the entire store itself can seem a bit messy since they are cramming things on the shelves. For the most part, the goods are quality. I especially love their selection of candles, holiday decorations and kitchen related items. I think they could expand a bit on the bathroom accessories. You may not be able to find exactly what you need but it is still fun to peruse this place. I do dislike how they have like 8 registers but there are always only 2 cashiers at most. And NOBODY is in a rush in this place so if you have someone to stand in line for you, get them there early at the checkout lane!

I like this store overall and generally the sales help is very nice, but the cashiers could use lessons on how to engage with people. I've been in retail forever, so I totally get that customers can be a pain - truly, I GET IT! For this reason, I always try to be pleasant when I'm the customer. However, I have had one too many encounters in this particular store with cashiers who have been quite rude and just don't seem to know how to talk to people or answer a question. Here's a hint - if you don't know the answer, instead of looking blankly at me and saying "I don't know" and thinking that's actually an acceptable response, how about "I don't know, but let me find out for you". THAT'S an answer. And God forbid you try to give them a penny if you're returning something with a total ending in 99 cents. I ran into this more than once at a time during covid when they had signs up all over the place stating that they were dealing with a major coin shortage. One time in particular, I tried to hand over a penny. Oh Lord....rather than using her brain and doing something other than what the register was telling her to do, this one cashier insisted on handing me 99 cents in change, because she didn't grasp the concept - or even attempt to grasp that if I gave her a penny she could give me the dollar and not deplete her change. She seemed to think that I was somehow trying to rip her off. I spoke to a very nice manager who said she constantly tries to drill the change thing into their heads, but to no avail. In any case, the store is great, some of the help, not so much.

There are a lot of nice things in this store. Next time I go, I'm going to need a shopping cart and an extra person with me to carry it all home.

Home goods. Who doesn't love this place. We were in the Boston area and needed a few items so we stopped in. Wish I had more room As this place had been one of cool items. If I'm in the area I would definitely go back

They won't let you use the bathroom(BOSTON (Washington Street), even if your a CUSTOMER,ELDERLY, DISABLED. I read someone that had a disability needed to use the restroom & WAS REFUSED(don't know if it was this location and was denied & she urinated on herself. Shows you How They REALLY feel about their customers. Their management is AWFUL (I'm Not the only one to say this) This use to be one of my favorite stores & I was planning on spending hundreds that day(I had to leave). The CEO(ERNIE HERMANN) needs to know this. Very Cruel.
