Such a large store with lots of items I don’t usually see at my local home goods stores.

The manager Kathy was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She helped us hold furniture while we continued shopping and keep it all organized. The cashier Yarialis was efficient, courteous and kind during our long checkout.
While there is no parking at the store, the lot is nearby at 33 Arch Street. The store is centrally located and the team helps you get your goods out the door!

One of the cashier was having a weird attitude and she is not very bright either. She didn’t want to remove the alarm on my book that she scanned.. I didn’t even want to argue cause she just looked very dumb to me. I’ll try to describe her: A bit old, dark hair, brown skin with an accent. She is either slow at scanning items or give attitude to clients.. I think she forgets that clients bring money to Homegoods, not HER. She can find another job if she isn’t happy working at HomeGoods. Anyways, you guys need to hire better employees at this location because it’s TERRIBLE.

I like this store. It’s a little congested though. Lanes are tight. However, although the lines were long, they moved rather quickly. Great place. Love what I bought.

I love going treasure hunting here for items in my house. I love all the gourmet food items, the holiday decor, and other things I need for my home that are such a great deal. One of my favorite stores to shop.

Most of the stuff I wanted are damaged, either chipped or has scratches on the surface. Maria, the cashier was not nice at all. Her name tag even says “caring”which is contradicting to her personality and countenance. I greeted her but no response. No energy and making faces to me. She even asked me if I needed a bag for the 2 items I purchased. Come on! Should I carry them with my bare hands while walking down the street of Downtown Boston? I’ll not come back to that store again.

FOR HALLOWEEN, OCTOBER 31, THE MANAGER OR I DON'T KNOW IF HE WAS A WORKER FROM THERE, THEY RUNNED MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHEN SHE CAME IN TO ORDER CANDY AND FORCED HER TO TAKE OFF HER MASK AND SHE WAS ALMOST CRYING BECAUSE HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND WAS VERY RUDE I FELT A RACIST ACT FOR BEING LATINOS, WHEN LEAVING MY DAUGHTER STARTED TO CRY DUE TO THE MISTREATMENT RECEIVED IN THAT STORE.

Phew, every time I go I find what I'm looking for, I tell my family it's my favorite store, if they want to give me something that's from there, and the best thing is that the prices are reasonable, and excellent quality

Associate was rude and not helpful even when you’re buying something they won’t let you use the restroom. Worst homegoods I’ve ever visited
