They've got everything a normal Home Depot has but they are so under staffed. If you need help with something you'll wait forever. Check out is pretty easy since they have self check out.. Still better than Lowe's down the street though.

This place is so disorganized. I went to return a grill and had someone start the process only to walk away. She did this about 3 times and helped another worker with another customer. Was very frustrating especially when social distancing is non existent and people are whizzing by you non stop. On top of everything else I called regarding a grill that was delivered assembled & the plastic that was still on the grill was clearly labeled to remove before assembling. While I waited for my grill cover to come in, I finally got a chance to start taking this plastic off. It left a horrible stain on the stainless steel. I proceeded to use stainless steel cleaner with a new micro fiber cloth and most of it came off while other parts will not clean. There are also patterns of scratches in different areas. Not happy at all. A Father's Day gift that turned into a Father's Day project and I can't get through to anyone. Not a cheap grill. Shouldn't have to deal with this.Update: called 7/10/20 and was offered 10% off to keep the headache. Not enough. I want my grill, new and intact. In order to do that, they said "I" have to pay for them to pick up a grill that I have that is defective/damaged which I paid to have delivered. How does this customer service make sense???

Pretty OK for a Home Depot store. Certainly better than the Watertown one. But the staff at Home Depot is a hit-or-miss. Some are competent and professional while others just appear to not want to be there and does not want to help you.

I love this place- really nice employees, well kept, nice and bright. I even know some of the employees by name, that's how often I am here! Never go to teh Watertown HD- West Rox is the nicest place!

Man, this store sets a whole new level in horrible customer support. Most of their associates in lumber section acts like they're retarded when you ask for help. I came there looking for 1x4x8 boards and I knew they carry em in stock. And indeed they were in stock but on the upper shelf. I asked an associate for help so they moved the boards down for me. He said "go ask guys on a fork lift". Really? Isn't it supposed to be your job? Okay, I found another associate and asked him to help me and he promised to help and just left and never returned. Guess what. I found third rep and he couldn't speak English, only spanish, couldn't understand what I wanted. So here I am in front of a store and literally nobody wants to help me. What would you do in such a situation? Talk with a manager? I left, feeling myself terrible. Like there are plenty of people in a lumber section and they're all supposed to be earning their hourly rates helping people and all they do is hiding when you ask for help.AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU NEED HELP DURING YOUR VISIT, THERE ARE NO PEOPLE INTERESTED TO HELP YOU. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Ordered decking for deck and it was supposed to be delivered Monday. All day delivery window. No show - no call Monday I called at the end of the day and after 1 hour of being on hold they told me that they had to reschedule for Wednesday. Wednesday all day window - no show no call. I called and after 3 hours of being on hold I decided to drive there for an answer- half way there they answered the call and told me someone had scheduled the delivery with the wrong truck so

I've only had good experiences here, finding everthing I need at lower prices and better selection than Lowe's. Customer service has been friendly and helpful. If you search for your product on their website, it shows if it's in stock at that branch and exactly what aisle and bin it's in. Usually do self-checkout so I'm in and out very fast. Can't speak for if I had larger difficult projects that needed more knowledgeable customer service.

Home Depot will make you think they are doing the installation for major appliances until the day before they delivery when the delivery company says they don't do installs in MA and RI. Cancelled my order due to the bait and switch. Should have gone with Poirier from the beginning.

I decided to write this review in order to acknowledge Johannes, who went above and beyond in helping me find the only part needs to assemble my faucet a washer. Johannes possesses great customer service skills, being a manager for years I can recognize a talent when I see it. He went thru many washers, despite explaining me he doesn't specialize in that department, till he found the part I needed just by looking a the picture I showed him. Johannes is an asset to your brand and the reason I felt compelled to compliment him. I also find the managers at the customer service counter quite reasonable, and always put the client first. I would recommend this store based on my experience.

This is the worst Home Depot. Unfortunately it is by far the closest to my home. Always looks like they're just moving in. Disorganized and very hard to find help. If they're web page says something is in stock don't bet on it.

Deserves 0 stars. I ordered a wheelbarrow online and wanted something very specific.. hence ordering it online. I received multiple text messages saying my item is ready for pick up and so I take time out of my work day to pick it up. The totally clueless guy at the register just said 'oh our systems aren't connected' and didn't provide a better solution..

Went to return an item for $17 and while it showed under my credit card they told me I needed a license to get my refund. The "manager" lied and told me they were the only manager on duty before another manager came to help. That manager was also not the store manager and continued lying about the whereabouts of the manager as well as demanding a license. This was all compounded by the fact I have an injury/disability that made walking difficult and told them going to my car for any type of ID would be a problem. They didn't care to help, they instead made me feel discriminated against for having a disability. This store needs to understand the laws better, the ADA is there for a reason. The people working in that store all need to be retrained and some removed.

The worst Home Depot I've ever been to, they have one lane open on purpose to force you and everyone else to go use the self check out which does not take cash and then you have to pay for a bag if you want one to carry your stuff out of the store. They didn't have any of the stuff I needed that the other stores regularly carry and I forgot something so I had to go back into Garden to get it when I paid with cash the cashier didn't have enough change to get back to me so I had to wait 15 minutes for him to return with my change

Try to rent the flatbed truck sitting in the parking lot and see what happens. Go somewhere else. No one knows what they're doing, and no one is in charge here.
