Crystal was very kind and helpful. Knocked off a star because the parking lot looks like some type of zombie breeding ground. I did appreciate the classical music being played outside.

DO NOT use this store for any installation services. The customer service is awful and the management is completely disorganized. They did not communicate with me about the delivery of my materials, then after the installation they forgot to invoice me for nearly a month, and then they panicked that the balance had not been paid, BECAUSE THEY HADN'T INVOICED ME! I tried to pay the balance but their customer service team did not respond to my emails. What awful service. Go elsewhere for installation services!

I needed an adapter for my faucet. I asked the first staff member I’ve seen. Without hesitation, Louis, Matthew and Mariana jumped right into action. I loved how approachable they were, how well they worked together and how quickly they found the part I needed. Thank you again for your kindness and help!

Very expansive catalogue of items. The store is messy though if you are looking for items on the lower end. The younger staff do not care and will not help you. The older staff though are very sweet and try their best.

This store is so badly managed that they couldn’t get a simple small order delivered right even after 3 attempts, and there is no action from the store to rectify the mistake. Items get delivered to wrong address, delivery gets rescheduled for no reason and then cancelled. When you call the store, nobody can give proper information, they just keep saying the store will review and call you but I am still waiting on that call and my items, for 4 days now! Customer service is of absolutely no help. Can’t even cancel order and place a new one.

If you do not want to pick it up at the South Bay/Boston store, then we will need to cancel the order I have no toilet! Have them deliver it to my house. I spent almost 30 minutes in there looking for a child lock for a door. I first got directions to isle 14. Couldn't find what I was looking for, so I asked another gentleman, and he told me he didn't know what I was talking about. 3rd gentleman looked it up on the computer and proceeded to help me down another isle, and we both couldn't find it. This gentleman went back to the computer, which wasn't giving an exact location, and this wonderful woman working by his side told me where to go. I went down the aisle, and there were two gentlemen who appeared from wherever, and both told me to go down on the right. Finally, I found the product which I was looking for.

Sadly this Home Depot is employed by people who have no experience or care for anything DIY. On multiple occasions the employees standing by the self checkout do not tell people in line when registers are available, everyone just stands around. Anytime you need help they just say they’ll get help and you’re left standing there. It’s sad.

I came in to get a key copied and the machine that copies keys needs an employee to assist. Not only did the majority of there employees walk past me but they called for an associate about 5 times and no one showed. Luckily there was another machine close by but literally no one showed to help me. Very disappointed

Employees are as useless as the nails and screws they sell. Found what we wanted after asking two employees, neither who even tried to find us our product.

Terrible management & it shows with how staff operates. You will get a few A game workers who know their stuff but it's a hit or miss but that's still a management issue.

S/o to the squad at Home Depot Santos at pro & Carlos at hardware. Typically I dread the visit to Home Depot due to I can never find any help! NOT TODAY! Santos was extremely friendly and approachable! I asked for specific advice on tools and he took accountability and stated that he wasn’t too sure but that he would ask someone who would! I admire that, he rather be honest than lead me the wrong way. Not only did I get the help I needed, I too was able to leave with trust and confidence. South Bay Home Depot just became my go to Home Depot! Thank you guys!

It sucks ? lied said my order was coming been here waiting since 6 am no show every time I call the store have to wait a hour and then someone hangs up after all that find out they never shipped my order. So sad people can't be honest ?
