The rooms are nice and the location is convenient, but the service is absolutely terrible. For two waffles and some toast we were charged $61 dollars, and everything we put in the fridge was frozen in the morning. When we tried to sort out the $61 waffles, it was such a hassle we just left. We were ignored and given rude attitude on the phone. I don't think it's a bad hotel, just don't even bother with food

This is a mediocre Hilton in an excellent location. Amenities are sparse, elite perks are mostly non-existent (no late checkout, no executive lounge), rooms are small, no chat on app with front desk available, no executive lounge. There are better Hilton locations with better amenities in the city at a similar price point.

Great place to stay with family. The service was fanominal. And I look forward to staying here again. Calm setting and great city views. It is right is the middle of the city so you can mostly walk everywhere. If I could give this hotel a 10/5 I would. And the room service is delicious. The workers are nice and the room is spacious. I hope this review was helpful.Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and clean.Safety: When looking for hotels I look for somthing that will be safe with kids. At all time on this trip I felt so relaxed and safe.Walkability: It is right next to the Prudential center and many restaurants and stores in walking distance. I walked most of my stay.Food & drinks: Room service is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the lava cake. So light and fluffy.Noteworthy details: This hotel offers a $25 credit on food and drinks in the hotel that refreshes daily!!

This is our first day here and I am not impressed by the front desk staff. They lack enthusiasm and seems as if we are bothering them.We got our room and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. We called down to the front desk several times and no answer, not one single person answered the phone. We had a long day and the last thing I wanted to do was get out my sleeping clothes and go to the front desk, but here I was, having to put clothes and go downstairs. The front desk staff was actually nice and helpful and told us the number to call when we need them - FYI it’s either 51 or 0, but remember they don’t pick up. She told us the engineer will be there shortly to fix the problem. We told her to tell them to come at 10:15pm.It took them a while to get here, so I decided to call down again. Stupid me, didn’t I learn my lesson the first time? I guess not. But, this time, I let the phone ring until I would get someone. I will tell you, sadly we got no one, and to make matters worse, someone picked up and hung up on me!!!!Like, wow, you just couldn’t pick up and say hold? But, that will be too much to have some type of manners as we know they don’t seem to like their job.We will see what tomorrow bring us. I think the money we paid to be here and to have this kind of service is ridiculous!

Very spacious rooms, recent remodeled in last 1-3 years. Great bar and restaurant food and drink selection. Extremely convenient to Northeastern University and Newbury Street along with Copley Square. Very professional and helpful staff from door greeter to the room service. Can’t complain at all. Heads up they charge you $25 daily “resort” fee, that’s required by City of Boston. They give you that back in “comps” when you consume food and beverages on site. You use it or lose it.Rooms: Very large rooms, newly remodeled, great views.Nearby activities: Shopping, eating, sports, colleges, marketsSafety: Completely safe to walk to, safe inside and around the location.Walkability: You can walk to anywhere, Newbury, Northeastern University, Copley Square, Library, and many more.Food & drinks: Great on site food as well as across the street form Prudential Center.

Rooms: If you take the corner view with the view. It is good to know that there is no office desk and chair. My only negative comment is that wlthere is no decent coffee in the morning. Apparently coffee bar opens only at noon.Walkability: By walk distance you can find a huge restaurant selection, grocery and pharmacy.Food & drinks: Room service was quick. I ordered salmon and it was super dry... Not the best option on the menu. I had the Mediterranean appetizer, I liked it.

Great place to stay in back bay. Location is great service was as well. No pool and not very kid friendly.Rooms: Rooms were nice and clean, adjust air upon arrival. One room was hot the other cold.Nearby activities: Back Bay, North End, Faneuil Hall, Oyster House, Freedom Walk all near by.Safety: Felt very safe and cars could be parked over night for one price so that we could come and go. (We walked everywhere or took T from back bay). Parking is a real experience in Boston.Walkability: Great location in Back Bay Area. T is close by as well.Food & drinks: The bar was very comfortable and accommodated all of our family members.Snack area offered healthy fresh food to go. Breakfast was not included and very expensive for a family. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby.

The check-in experience was awful. Best advice is to look for a different place to stay. When I arrived, I was informed that I had been degraded at my expense and that the accommodation I had paid extra for had been given away. This was a November reservation that I made! Since I'm a tall & large person (6'2), sleeping in a full bed is unsuitable for me and my significant other. That's why the reservation was made for a specific room and type of bed. The guest service representative never once apologized and told me it was a first come, first served policy. This is completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund since I was going to stay in a different hotel instead but they wouldn’t do it even though they couldn’t accommodate my needs. Instead I was given the worst sleep ever and a continental breakfast that was horrible. Heat lamp leftovers. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This hotel has nice rooms and great views, but some staff are a bit abrupt, but the young lady that works overnight (shakeia) is such a sweetheart. Regardless of being a hilton Honors diamond member, I didn't appreciate the way that some of the staff members treated me. ->Case in point-> I bought breakfast earlier, which ended being my leftover for later that day. I came down to heat up my food around 10pm after doing so, I proceeded to go by the bar lounge area to eat this tiny little meal so I could have some energy for my overnight shift. Literally 5 minutes after sitting down to eat this fool of a bartender, (Dayron) came over and told me I can't sit there. I told him I was waiting on my coworker, we all meet at the lobby before we all head off to work but he kept saying that I can't sit there or eat my food there and that I should leave and go outside or at the lobby area and sit there unless he's going to call security. Now im lost still trying to figure what I did for him to say this and I'm still trying to settle things out with him without it escalating and being an issue, it's a small amount of food, I'm not going to be in the lounge bar area too long im just waiting on my colleagues they will be down soon. But this fool gets loud and proceeded to call security, it's was so embarrassing and very upsetting. Being a Hilton honors member, I never had this treatment or want anyone else to feel profiled and harassed by staff members at this hotel. It's not a good experience at all.

This hotel was perfectly located for what we needed for my child to audition at Boston conservatory. It was close to shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
