This is a mediocre Hilton in an excellent location. Amenities are sparse, elite perks are mostly non-existent (no late checkout, no executive lounge), rooms are small, no chat on app with front desk available, no executive lounge. There are better Hilton locations with better amenities in the city at a similar price point.

Great hotel for seeing a Red Sox game… rooms were very comfortable and clean. Our bathroom was small but not unexpected for a hotel such as this. If your stay is extended spring for a bigger room for the bath space. Would definitely stay again if I’m the Back Bay Area.

The room is large for 2 people. We stayed for 1 week and found this hotel very comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a good view. However, there was no pool as shown somewhere on the website/review. The gym was small. There are only 3 lifts which we had to wait quite some time. I give 5 stars for the overall service.
