I had a great experience yesterday thanks to one car rental company. I had a reservation with another provider, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no one at the desk. I called the contact number, but the response was less than helpful. In the end, I decided to cancel with that company and rent from the friendly representative at the other desk. I truly appreciated the assistance I received!

I have rented vehicles from this place on several occasions. I typically reserve an economy car because I prefer driving smaller vehicles, but more often than not, I end up with an SUV that consumes a lot of gas. Occasionally, they inform me that I need to pay extra for the larger vehicle, but I argue that I shouldn't be penalized for not receiving what I ordered two months in advance. The difference between the online 'contract' price and the final cost can range from a few dollars to ten dollars, which isn’t excessive. During my most recent rental, I was pleasantly surprised to get a highly fuel-efficient car, which was exactly what I had reserved. However, it still ended up costing $2 more than the online reservation, which was quite manageable.

Clean fast bus arrival for A concourse signage for Avis was a little small missed the turn had to double back to drop off the car. Bus driver was friendly and helpful.
