Gary is the man. Still need a new battery, back to square one after spending all day determining there is nothing wrong with my starter, alternator, or battery, even though I’ve needed two jumps recently. So my battery will die again, but it’s fine for now?Until it dies again. But I was not charged an outrageous service fee for nothing. Thank you Herb Chambers!

First, when I dropped off the car this morning, Service asked me to contact Sales to understand details of what was needed to install my roof rack (that was supposed to be installed a week after purchase) instead of them just contacting Sales themselves; located just downstairs in the same building.At the time of dropoff I also asked them if they could repair a leaky back tire that is under warranty. Upon picking up, they claimed that they checked and found no leak and suggest that I bring it back so they can check again. The advice was that I stop filling it and “keep an eye on it”. I shared that I have to refill the tire every few days to keep it safe to drive and the sensor goes off telling me it’s low. So why not just believe me that there is a slow leak and check again instead of making me bring it out of my way to do this again? Instead, they rotated the tires so that they’ll have to wait until the tire leaks and re-emerges as a problem and start over? ??♀️

Unpleasant and bad experience , first I have an appointment for service and came before time and waited for over 2 hours the I had to look for my car and let reception that it’s ready. 2nd, I have a package of coverage for insurance and maintenance thru Toyota for 5 year including all type of maintenance including oil change, the reception wanted to call the insurance to assure they make the cost, I told her yes please call, then after 2 hours I found out that she didn’t call and I had to pay for the maintenance my self and then call to get reimbursement. No help and no customer service at this place.

I was interested in a GR86 and felt a lot of pressure from Jay to buy the car. He called me on the last day of the month and said “could you do a deposit on it so I can make some money off of the sale?” very rude and you should be more respectful and what he said was very rude and for that reason I won’t be buying from here, immediately after I hung up the call i proceeded to text him and tell him “I actually am not interested in the car anymore”. Teach your salesman some respect and money should not the driving factor for a vehicle sale to the salesman

Great costumer service. Rodrigo helped us while we were looking for a new car and he was always available to answer any questions we had. He even offered to work on his day off to show us a car.

I think that the mechanical service was good. The service rep on the other hand was dishonest and lied to me, accepted and then did not actually honor the coupon that I had brought in. He said that he had applied it ($40) covering everything I was having done to the car but the bill total was $66. When I asked about that he told me it was because my vehicle took 2 more quarts of oil than were included in the coupon (5). I thought that was some expensive oil, but I paid. The invoice only lists 5 quarts of oil. I checked the owner's manual and my vehicle only takes 5 quarts. So I was overcharged and lied to. Won't be back.

Three weeks ago, I bought a used Rav 4 2023 with low mileage. They made me wait almost two weeks for regular paperwork that takes 4- 5 days. I had to pay around 400 for a rental car before they gave me an enterprise rental car for the remaining three days, which later charged me $185. After I received the car, I noticed two scratches I did not see when I bought it and an alert notification requesting due maintenance. The seller was kind during the buying process, though the service after that was inferior. I am still waiting for their response.

Took my car for regular maintenance on 8/26/2023. Car broke down on highway on 9/7/2023 and needed to be towed. Turns out the oil filter was not only not changed and the old oil not drained, but another 5L of oil was added, causing the engine to malfunction on the highway. Very disappointed on Herb Chamber’s quality of service.

Amazing!My tire sprang a major leak over the weekend, to the point I left work on Monday to a completely flat tire. I live 15 miles from my job, so I panicked and called them since I had no way to get home. They told me to just come on down, no appointment needed!I rolled my car in, and they took great care of me. Dan did everything he could to try to get my previous Toyota dealership in Florida to cough up my warranty details (which they refused to do, I had to keep working on them) and was really a big help in calming me down. Edward was also super helpful and seemed really good at what he does. Both cashiers I spoke with were very nice and efficient.My tire had to be ordered next day, so I was given a free rental car to drive home and get me to work the next day. Sure enough, around 2 pm the next day, I get a call that my car is ready. They’d gotten my warranty to work and everything was perfect. Didn’t owe them a dime. After replacing the gas I used in my rental car, I ended up paying $8 for a flat specialty tire.I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone offered excellent service. Since we were coming from far away they ensured that most of the paperwork was prepared before hand minimizing the wait time. This was the first time we were out of a dealership so quickly. Everyone wS super friendly. Thank you Stefania for your excellent service.

Howie, Jiang, Teddy and the rest of the team at Herb Chambers Toyota were a real pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly during the car buying process. I highly recommend this group. They went above and beyond getting me the best possible interest rate and allowing me to test drive the vehicle in which I was interested despite terrible weather.

they need to be closed down. this business is SHADY they will sell you a bad car then punish you through giving you the run around if you return the vehicle! they just want to make a sale and don't care about your needs. to top it off they are LIARS they expressed they don't receive commission which is clearly and obliviously untr. NEVER BUY FROM HERE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!!!!

Had a great experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. They had 1 Corolla Cross Hybrid on the floor, new model that was just released. Made my test drive and purchase a great experience. Less than 4 hours from arrival to driving out in my new car.

Poor communication for my service today. I've never spent 4.5 hours waiting for a regular maintenance and inspection. No updates on progress of car. I said if inspection would take too long not to do it. Then I pay for everything and get in the car to see that I still had the old inspection sticker still on my car, went in to ask about it and they had never done the inspection, so I had to wait another 20 minutes for it. They also didn't replace my old next service sticker. I didn't not get an apology, no offer of anything for my time. I've been using them for 5+ years and I am so unbelievably disappointed by this experience with them. Going somewhere else for my next regular maintenance.
