DJ is incredible and thoughtful and I really loved working with him. The cost of everything is incredibly prohibitive but what do you expect from the dealership ??♀️. DJ was able to help me with advice on cheaper alternatives and gave me some great advice. He was always available to chat and is a wonderful asset to the team

Robert hall always gives me the best service! He’s honest, straight to the point and professional. I have been receiving service from him for a year now and have nothing but great things to say! Lastly, My maintenance is always done correctly however, there is a wait but nothing that differs from the wait at other dealerships!

I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda for their exceptional service department. Recently, I went in for the Honda Pass oil change services on my new 2023 Honda Pilot, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, a very nice Spanish-Speaking gentleman greeted me warmly, then Yuen guided me through a seamless process of paperwork and service confirmation.The service area exuded positive energy, with everyone smiling and welcoming. The paperwork was efficiently handled, asking for essential details and confirming the required service. I was provided with a clear estimate of the finish time.Surprisingly, I received a text and a call notifying me that the service was completed, 20 minutes ahead of schedule – a pleasant surprise! Picking up the vehicle was equally smooth, with no pushy upsells, making the entire experience hassle-free.I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and efficiency displayed by the Herb Chambers Honda team. Without a doubt, I'll be visiting again for future services.

I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle for my wife. We called Herb Chambers and received a quote over the phone. We drove to Dorchester and were greeted by Fabian Garcia. He gave us his complete attention and made us feel comfortable instantly. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in, a Civic. We test drove it and decided to buy it but the color inside and out wasn’t available. We decided to wait a few weeks for the delivery of a black on black vehicle. We signed all papers, paid and left. A day after we were home we decide to change our minds and take the care that we drove. Called Fabian and he said no problem we’d just have to come back and resign some papers. Unbelievable! No hassle. Fabian and the staff at Herb Chambers were professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their establishmentRichard

I had an amazing experience at this Honda. I don’t know much about cars, and my service provider, Robert Hall, was very patient and helpful in explaining what all the different parts of my report meant. He even helped me get a ride to and from work while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Dealerships are known to be overpriced, but Robert gave me a nice deal that made my day!

Both Tim and George were very helpful in facilitating my purchase of a new vehicle. Both were very honest and upfront, I’m more than happy with the service I received and my purchase. What I paid here was $3k less than I was quoted at my local Honda dealership! Well worth the hour+ drive I had to take to get here. Despite arriving a little late for my appointment and staying past closing hours, there was never a moment I felt rushed. Highly recommend doing business here!

I was frustrated in the fact I asked if there would be charge for maintenance for my car because I have a lease contract. I didn’t receive an answer until the maintenance was completed. Yes there was a charge!? The advisor recommended I replace the tire on the right passenger side. She told me to wait in the waiting area and she will look up the price. 5 minutes later, I received a text stating the tire was $281. I text back and asked does this include labor. The advisor says Yes!? I give them my authorization to replace the tire. I get to the window to pay and they want $400 plus. The woman at the window coldly slides the paper under the window and says ask them ?and goes back to staring into space(I guess she had a hard day).I talk to my advisor? and she starts acting like she has short time memory because she didn’t mentioned it was going to cost an additional $200 plus for a ghost service in the text. Next, a man with glasses? appears out no where trying to get me to sign my life away for a payment plan. I told him I wasn’t interested and he mumbled to himself about keeping my car. I got tired of this clown show and asked the head clown? to put my original tire back on. He told me this will be additional $40. Nope! I was charged another $79. The total bill for oil change, filter, and putting a tire back was $256. Ridiculous!Next time I will do my maintenance for my car at a local mechanic place because its going to be a lot cheaper and better customer service. At least the mechanic will look me in the eye before stabbing me in the back and making my wallet lighter. I think it’s crazy Honda Chambers was nice to me when I bought the car. Now, I’m just another working stiff getting over charged for routine work. Thanks for the oil change $256. I guess I will be brown bagging for lunch this week. The car is purring like a kitten. Remember, this is my opinion!??

I went into parkway and did not return because of the service provided cool sales guy but not the car buying experience I wanted. I felt like their sales manager just wanted to sell me a car to get me out the door. Not only did they throw some outrageous numbers from the start but if I was desperate and a fool they would have gotten me good. They didn’t even offer my daughter and I some water or engage in building rapport . Honda Boston from the minute I walk out my car I was greeted with the right energy by Nicolas who introduced me to an awesome salesperson Jean. Jean pulled out his paper and asked me all the right questions to make sure , type of vehicle, features, and budget fit my needs and came back with what was looking for. After I test drove the vehicle the sales manager came back say with me , built rapport (genuinely) and made sure all my needs were met. These guy definitely has my business if I choose to go with Honda and this will be the location I go to. I recommend Jean , he got the job done in an exemplary fashion. See you guys soon.

My daughter needed to purchase her first new car. She had been driving a 2013 Honda CRV which she was not happy to give up. Ten years and 117,000 miles is a very good run, but it was time for an upgrade. I live in Connecticut, but was already impressed with Herb Chambers service department. We ended up at their Honda dealership. George Chandler met with us and was friendly, efficient and very low pressure. I went with my daughter to make sure that she didn’t get ripped off, but I really had nothing to worry about. The process of finding the right car was taken care of. George made sure that a car was found and within two weeks she was ready to pick it up. We ended up making an incredible deal on a 2024 CRV. I have probably bought or leased over 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best overall experience that I have ever had. I can’t recommend George Chandler and the team at Herb Chambers enough. They make buying a new car almost fun.

Had to do some service work on my Civic this past weekend. The staff at Herb Chambers Honda - Boston are fantastic. They took me right on time and got me out quickly and were able to do all the work my car needed. Props to Sean who went out of his way to explain all and answer my questions.

I had a great experience, I just want to say we need more people like Mary Lopez , she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I just got the 2024 CR-V and i LOVE IT. Im truly thankful for her this is my 4th time getting a car with her and she always made sure I’m comfortable with my purchase and made sure I understood everything. Thankyou Mary for your hard work and dedication. Will definitely referring more people to this location!

She was amazing! She is a very professional lady and offered amazing service. I loved that she wasnt pushy like most sales people. She took her time to listen to my wants. I explained what type of vehicle I was looking for at the right price and she immediately went to work and found the perfect one for me! The process was easy and fast. Very happy to have met her and most of all with my new SUV! Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
