I am extremely disappointed with this dealership's service department, which is especially frustrating considering I originally purchased my car here and even recommended friends to do the same. My 2022 Odyssey model had a serious problem while I was driving it - all the dashboard lights suddenly came on. Naturally, I was concerned and immediately took it back to the dealership for help.
After the initial diagnosis, I understandably waited two days to get the required parts. However, what followed was inexplicable neglect and incompetence. Although the part arrived, it sat in my car for over a week. As someone who relies on cars for a living, this caused me a lot of stress and frustration.
I used to have great respect for this dealership, but this experience has irreversibly tainted my opinion. The obvious lack of urgency, communication, and respect for my time is truly frustrating. The thought that I would recommend this place to a friend only deepens my disappointment. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend that you do not entrust your car to this service department. It is truly disappointing when a place you once trusted no longer welcomes you.
