This review is related to my interaction with Chifunilo, SA inside the Saks store. I had a pleasant experience and she educated me with the history of some items I took interest in. She also informed me that the Jackie buckle was going to be phased out so I guess that is my next acquisition! She was kind of enough to show me the different styles of Jackie- some I've never even seen before. I was not in the market to purchase anythng that day but I will definitely going back to purchase my Jackie from Chifunilo.

The young female sales person with short hair seems unhappy to serve us. I don’t know if she thought it wasted her time to help us with accessories. Very indifferent when introduced the product to us. if she is unhappy to work, I would suggest your manager to give her a holiday, instead of making your store’s reputation worse by her working altitude.

Had a great experience shopping at the Gucci store in Copley MA, yesterday. My designated sales rep was professional, respectful and courteous. I also love that she took the time to wrap/package my purse ? at the end. Just added a special touch to my purchase.

Horrific customer service experience. Went in store to exchange an online order of loafers for a different size. They exchanged my size and gave me a used very worn pair to take home, without showing me the shoes which was extremely unprofessional of this office staff. When I brought those back to exchange for a NEW, UNWORN pair of loafers they stated that they would be shipped to me as they did not have any in store in my size. 5 days later still waiting for them to ship and they still haven’t. Called customer service 5 times to help and nobody has helped or released the shoes for shipping. Absolutely horrific customer service and horrific store in COPLEY .

Service here is bad. It's a reflection of poor management. This is an elitist location. Some sales people have this delusional narrative going on in their heads that they are better than the customer. This will certainly hurt the store sales. I went in yesterday afternoon for some Gucci perfume. Sales guy felt so entitled that he couldn't hand me the perfume that I was inquiring about. He walked me over to it but would not hand it to me. It was on the bottom shelf in the middle of the floor. Awkward place to put perfume. I had to bend down and grab it. He was being sadistic and far from the lines of proper customer service. Note: I called the store manager after I left as well as their corporate office to express my poor experience. No one bothered reaching back. Says a lot about a company. When I come into a high end store it's all about the experience. I could have brought it from this location but chose to walk out instead. I went to Neiman Marcus and proceeded to go on a shopping spree instead.

I bought 5 pair of shoes for myself and 3 pair of shoes and a tote bag for my girlfriend which she love. Sag my SA is the best always know how to get me what I want. All the staff in the Boston Copley location are great. Every time I get the email of the new items in shoe I show up looking to make the purchase but I always try to show up when Sag is working.

I came here with my mom to pick up luggage that I ordered online. The first staff was very polite but the other one who help me was rude. It might be I pick up the luggage and not purchase at store so he wont take commission. I wish that I’m able to add photos of my mom luggage here. It high quality material.

I actually like the store & the staff are a bit scattered about the store and all dress alike. I don't have a problem with the store or the staff so much. I do have a real problem with the after service. I brought in a Gucci black leather valise type handbag with gold fittings for service. I had spoken to their customer service in NYC, they provided information to send by mail for evaluation and estimate to repair, clean, refresh and perhaps replace some of the leather corner edge. As an alternative to mailing, going to a local store such as the Copley Place location where the bag was deemed near vintage not dry and could easily be brought back to its former luster. Replacing leather was discussed with a "manager"! So I left the bag at the Copley location and waited for an estimate to make their Italian Magic happen. About 5 to 8 weeks later I was emailed that the repair was completed without an estimate(?). The repairs discussed were with out a charge to my surprise. I was certainly willing to pay the cost to bring the bag back to near new as it has great sentimental value. What I received instead was the same bag not really repaired as discussed, but a once high shine black embossed leather bag was now something dull completely slathered in sticky shoe like polish!? I mentioned the handle being sticky but the sales person, who was un-phased. It would need a bit more drying time!? It has been about 6 or 8 weeks since it was picked up removed it from the clear plastic bag and put it on a shelf. Surprise still sticky not looking better than when dropped off. As a side note, when presented with with my bag by Gucci, it was not given to me in a branded Gucci paper tote bag and some protective tissue, instead a nondescript white paper bag no tissue and covered a clear plastic bag. It would appear the Gucci Valise wasn't evaluated but perhaps instead sent to a local shoe shop??? And now weeks later it is still sticky to the touch and the lightly worn corner edges are still visible covered all in a sooty sticky mess. I begin to not understand why these designer brands have such cache and accolades for quality and design. I guess one needs to be Madonna or Lady Gaga or Yee to rate a certain level of service!?! I am sure if a customer of Chanel received their bag back in a similar state... Hell would be unleashed! I doubt very much I would buy anything from Gucci ever again. If you can not service what you sell or just say a repair is not possible?! I may have to find a way to clean off this black gunk or throw it in the wash or trash! Next time I will be sure to dress like a reality celebrity Shemagh, dark glasses and high end designer accessories (NOT Gucci's) and cop the same attitude as some of the staff at Copley Place do! I would give ZERO stars but the store is prettier than most and the staff was okay. The quality of the goods for price and longevity are very much questionable!!!?
