Gregory is awesome! He always get my clothes done in a timely manner. One time I needed something to be taken in more and he corrected it within 24 hours for free. He does such great work!

My Fiancé and I left her brand new wedding dress with Gregory to have it tailored on July 2nd 2023. Gregory informed us that it would be ready by August 1st. On August 1st my Fiancé called Gregory to pick up her dress. Gregory informed my Fiancé that no work had commenced on the dress. She decided to retrieve her dress from the tailor and bring it else where. When we returned home and took the dress out of its bridal dress bag there were two blood stains on the dress. I immediately called Gregory and informed him of the stains. He denied all culpability, refused to pay for the cleaning of the dress and hung up the phone. I wouldn't touch this tailor.

DO NOT USE THIS TAILOR. I brought in my wedding dress for alterations and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Nearly 4 weeks later, he calls to tell me he needs me for a second fitting, the tailor he had working on the dress was not around or who knows. I showed up at the time we arranged and he was not there. He made some unintelligible excuses, word salad nonsensical blather, and asked if I could come another day. Make a long story short, the dress was never worked on, it was still pinned up, and he had no one to do the work. He stated the person who pinned the dress ( the helper who ditched him) was responsible to complete the work. I demanded he return the dress and my cash deposit, which he did.When I got home to examine the dress, there were blood stains on the train, obviously where the pins were. Also, his shop is a mess, a disgusting mess, I was terrified to leave my precious wedding dress there. My gut told me to run when I went into his shop and saw an old school oil can ( the ones you use to grease old sewing machines) teetering precariously on a pile of junk. DO NOT USE HIM. I am warning you now. He is a shady business man. And, ignore the credit card signs he has displayed, his CC machine is permanently "broken" so it is cash only. Red flag. BE WARNED.

My Fiancé left her brand new wedding dress with Gregory to have it tailored. Four weeks later, when it was scheduled to be picked up she was informed that nothing had been accomplished. We decided to retrieve the dress and and take it some where else. When we got the dress back home and took it out of the dress bag there were two blood stains on the train where it was pined to be altered. I called Gregory immediately to inform him of the stains. He denied everything and hung up the phone.I selected 1 star only to show my complete dissatisfaction.I would not touch this tailor with a 10 ft barge pole

Please do not do business with this guy!He promised me the suit for my wedding on a given day. When I called to check if my suit was ready to pick up, he had no clue what I was talking about. Later that day, he called to ask for an extra day, to which I kindly agreed. The day I picked up the suit, I tried the suit on, and he did an excellent job (I still need to test it the day of the wedding); however, I checked my shirt, and it had a coffee stain on it. I got him the shirt straight from the bag!!! Unopened!! He came and told me that the stain was already there and got aggressive and rude just because I politely demanded an explanation of why there was a coffee stain on my brand-new shirt. He says I do not drink coffee, but there is a dunkin donuts cup right next to the ironing table. The conversation started to escalate and he was getting really angry; I tried to calm him down and reasoned with him.Overall the experience was not good, very unprofessional, needless to say, rude and aggressive man, I felt he was ready to punch me. In the end, I decided not to argue more, and he ended up giving me $5 back so I could wash my shirt -.-“Things happen, my friend. I’m sorry.”I think there are definitely better options out there. He's decent enough. I was instructed to pick up my order on Wednesday, but it wasn't ready yet. They then told me to come back the next day in the afternoon. When I arrived at 3 pm, he was still working on it.The tailoring seemed rushed, and there were loose threads. Additionally, the seam of the pants appeared crooked, leaning to one side. It wasn't terrible, but considering the price I paid, I was expecting a much better job.Service: Men's clothing alterations

Great work on a suit I brought in! I had Gregory hem my pants and shorten the sleeves of a suit jacket and the suit fits me perfectly now! Will definitely be returning for any tailoring I need done in the future

Excellent work as usual! This place made my wedding dress, which is really lovely. They obviously approach it as an art form because it was a challenging dress to change. The amount of thought that went into the design and finished product is much appreciated!

Gregory is amazing and has done some fantastic repairs on things every other tailor said they could not fix. He is very nice and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. He does incredible work at a fair price and is one of the best tailors in Boston.

I just got my JoS Bank suit tailored from Gregory. I got a suit in kind of rush because I needed it for a wedding. At first I was not that excited about the suit. I handed in my suit to Gregory and hoped for the best. Well, the results exceeded my expectations. The suit now fits great and it was delivered right on time. I even accidentally left my tie in the store when I first delivered it and he was nice enough to put it aside for me. Really nice guy.
