Terrific experience with the Grand Seiko Boutique in Boston. Both Christina and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable about the brand, helpful and very patient. I went in with an idea of what I wanted to try on, did in fact try on several timepieces, and ended up purchasing one of the two watches I was particularly interested in. These are very high quality watches. The dial and case finishing on the GS watches is exquisite. No high pressure sale tactics; Christina and Tyler just love watches. A small but beautifully laid out store in Copley Place. Highly recommended.

Good customer service. Purchased my watch with Tyler, a great rep, enthusiastic about Grand Seiko (GS), explained to me the heritage, design, and mechanism behind the watch, which left me appreciating GS even more.Took me more than four tries to settle with the best fitting of my new watch, but both Tyler and his co-worker, Garrett, were very patient and supportive throughout the process. Very pleasant experience overall.

Terrific shopping experience at the Grand Seiko Boutique at Copley Place. I worked with Garrett. He was very helpful in presenting the watches and had great knowledge of Grand Seiko's history and contributions to horology. Pictures do not do the watches justice, you must see them in person, particularly the dials. This watch is beautiful. I own many watches including Rolex, omega, Tudor. Pleased to add Grand Seiko to my collection.

Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in the buying process. He brought me through the history and told me all about the watches they have on display. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold.
