I do like the store to thrift. I found a lot of nice things there. I believe their prices sometimes are high. The reason I’m giving this store two stars, because the employees that worked, there’re no good, this is why I stop going. Employees, they talk bad about their own co- workers and as well of their customers, defamation of character for sure.I’ve seen it myself and was told by one employee. The manager holds the jewelry vases for one man only, the manager holding the vases are/is getting a kick back.Employees sure take a training on how to treat their colleagues and customers.

I hadn't been Thrifting in a while. I needed some new clothes. Went to the Goodwill store which used to be decent, now, with the advent of fast fashion, and Goodwill selling all their jewelry and decent housewares, including online to maximize their profit from donated items, forget about it. The rest is just garbage in the stores. Boycott Goodwill for their lack of ethics. It's not worth the trip.

The place to go for thrifting! I always find what I need! Wonderful assortment of pieces for good prices ($5 for blouses with long sleeves and $6 for sweaters). Wear a tank top, crop top, or sports bra or be prepared to try things over clothes or under skirts because their dressing rooms are always closed.Buy baking soda and vinegar from Dollar Tree down the street and maybe have some banh mi from Super Market 88 or do some grocery shopping at Star Market. If you’re looking for clothes hangers, Dollar Tree sells them for $1.25 (pack or 7).

I love goodwill but this location has an awful smell when I walked in on Saturday. Had to leave after 2 mins. Plus, they don’t take donations rn.

My favorite Goodwill store; always has good stuff and high end goods. Lately, carts are super scarce so good luck. I really like their selection of kitchen wares and purses. If you like to thrift, this location does not disappoint. Good luck!

The store itself is great, but 9/10 that I try to go I can't because the neighboring club has 90%+ of the parking spaces tow-reserved at all hours whether there's a show or not. You can circle the block of for half an hour and never find a space between the club and the BU police who seemingly have reserved every other space within a 3 block radius. I guess the city of brookline just doesn't want people to be able to patronize goodwill, or raising canes, or el jefes, or the smoke shop, or the bank. Must be nice to be part of the local parking elite. If your one of us peasants, I still recommend the store, just know you likely won't be able to find a spot because the cops and the club have them all reserved for no one in particular at some time in the future, despite them being empty most of the time

The prices seem to have gone up a lot. Since they are also selling online maybe the better items will go there although I doubt these will sell online as there's so much competition from Threadup, Poshmark & many others. A thin vest from a mass brand was over $20 probably more than brand new. Jackets with missing buttons, one shoulder pad or other noticeable damages were $29 today. A simple navy blue dress was $34.99. Maybe it's the holidays. The stuff against the left wall which was supposed to be "boutique" had really inexpensive & severely worn items. It was all Jammed together men's & women's and pajamas. Maybe it's this time of year. The housewares & table top items seem to be more fairly priced. Please make sure to look really carefully at whatever you're buying so as not to get disappointed when you open the bag at home. Oh and bring your own bags.

This store was a dump this tuesday 12/12 at around 2pm....Colthes and everything else was a mess. The colthes were jammed packed on the racks to the point were you could not even look tags if you wanted. The women's dresses, shirts and pants all the same. (I am a women). Colthes on floor things misplaced. Pocketbooks in the hoisry bin. What a ......hole......I asked one of the guy working there why the racks are so full. He said it was corporate decision. Well that maybe true but I do not believe corporate higher ups have ever shop at there own stores. There are aisles are so close together that a person in a wheel chair could never shop there. This is a non profit that works with the disable? sad I have only seen one person in a wheel chair ever. There are some english speaking employees. The only guy who was sorting and organizing was the guy doing c'ds. Oh why is there never enough shopping carts. The wheeled baskets many of them do not work at all.
