George has taken care of our family's various car needs for the past few years. It's about time I leave this review! Always lots of transparency with diagnoses, price and priorities of what to fix. They always make sure you're satisfied with the work too. We always feel welcomed, listened to, respected and never rushed or taken advantage of. Having a mechanic that has as much integrity as he does goes a really long way. We are so thankful to have someone we can rely on, and know you will be too!

After driving from San Diego harbor to Boston my daughter's 2019 Toyota Corolla needed preventive maintenance. Looked on Yelp to see what was available in regards to Toyota dealerships. A lot of negative reviews so I decided to go to an independent garage. BMS had the best reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called to make an appointment and spoke to George. I told him what I needed and he understood everything and gave us a quote over the phone. We made our appointment for the next day. Dropped off the car and George said to comeback in an hour or two. We decided to have lunch and he called and said the car should be ready in 20 minutes. They did everything that was needed and made a couple suggestions to do without pressure of an up sale. Good people work here and family owned. I will be back in May to do some of the things George suggested.

My daughter lives in Boston, and recently experienced some problems with her 2016 Toyota Camry, so she was in need of a mechanic. I live 3 hours away, and as a father, was worried about my little girl. I started to look for different garages in her area, because I wanted to find a reliable, reputable shop for her to take her car to in the future as well. I read quite a few reviews of several different places, and decided to give Brighton Motors a call. I explained the current situation with her car. Since she had to also go out of town during this time, she wouldn't be able to be there to have it towed until Sunday morning. When I looked at their website, I was AMAZED that Brighton Motors had Sunday hours! They assured me that they would be able to at least look at it, and let her know what the issue was, although they may not be able to repair it that day, depending what was wrong. That was really all I I could hope for on a Sunday morning in the Boston area. As it turned out, the tow truck driver was able to jump the car, so she could go right to the shop and have them take a look. These gentlemen hit it out of the park! They were so nice to my daughter, and knew that all she needed was a new battery and some cleaning of the connections. They gave her an oil change while she was there, and gave her car a quick look over. She has normally been very good about getting regular oil changes at a "chain shop", but is not entirely comfortable going there alone. The gentleman that helped my daughter remarked that "when her father called, her knew how he felt because he has kids too, and knows what it's like to worry about these things.". I'm so grateful and honestly still amazed that I was able to find Brighton Motors for my daughter! She told me that she is so happy that she can now rest easy knowing that she has at least found her "car angels" in the big city! Thank you so much George and everyone at Brighton Motors!!

George is a great guy, he has worked on my car multiple times and helped me out digging a dead mouse out my cabin air filter which was a mess. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate when I needed all new mufflers and an exhaust pipe. Would recommend.

Good service. Came in on a Sunday, when many other places are closed during the weekend. These guys open in the weekend and did a good job. Got the battery and the alternator replaced, and then the car is now working well.

I had my brakes replaced here. They were due for replacement for a long time and they did an excellent job. They immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate up front along with the time it would take. I would absolutely recommend Brighton Motor Service for your auto maintenance.

Great service! I've been bringing my car here for the past year and have had an excellent experience every time. Last time I came here I wasn't really sure what was wrong with my car, after fixing up a couple things, I immediately saw a difference in how well my car drove. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys were great. The Toyota dealership down the street was trying to charge 4.8x for the same exact parts (not even including labor). They also got the parts and had the job done within 12 hours of me calling. Highly recommend them.

Reliable, realistic, transparent service. I called around for a bit after getting a large sticker shock and long time estimate at the dealership. George was not only able to beat the price, but able to procure the part same day. He was transparent about the prices he got them at (that matched my research) and had great turnaround; I was thinking it would be a couple days, but he was able to fix it same day. Glad to have found a new neighborhood mechanic.
