Great experience working with Bill and Madelan for my special day. They are very knowledgeable about suits and tuxes and were able to piece together everything for us. They were able to beautifully blend my tux with the groomsmen’s suits and make them look cohesive. They all looked amazing the day of the wedding. Bill and Madelan were very accommodating and took great care of our bridal party. They were always available when alterations and final fittings were needed. They also provided the bow ties and suspenders for us. We highly recommend Frank’s Custom Tailoring for your suits and tuxes! We can’t wait to work with them again.

I bought a suit from a major retailer and brought it to Frank's to get tailored. I had it on for less than 3 seconds before he told me it was the wrong size (too short). Luckily I got it fully refunded and went back to Frank's. Bill showed me a nearly identical suit with better quality and breathes a lot better for my upcoming summer wedding. I ended up being the slowest part of the fitting, and he had my suit finished sooner than he promised. The price was only slightly more than what I paid at the department store, but will probably last me much longer and more comfortably.Aside from my experience, he has a ton of inventory and can order things if you ask. If it's not obvious by now, I highly recommend this place.Services: Suit tailoring

I've never bought a suit before in my life and needed to get one for my upcoming wedding. Went to Frank's after looking around the area a bit and could not be happier. They are amazing to work with, they take the time to go over options and styles to make sure you walk away with exactly what you want and make sure you'll look great in it. Came into Boston from out of town on a Friday afternoon needing a pair of pants hemmed for a Saturday event and Frank’s hooked me up with same day service without any kind of up charge, despite being busy with other client needs. Super professional recommend 10/10.

Bill and the folks at Frank's Custom Tailoring have been treating me right for a couple years now. Most recently they outfitted me and my groomsmen with some beautiful tuxedos, at a great price and quality. To date, I have used Frank's for numerous alterations of suits, sport coats, and pants, and have purchased an Italian-made tux, suit, and blazer direct from their racks (which will be tailored to you as part of the deal).Service is top notch - When I needed a black suit ASAP before heading out of town for a funeral, Bill was able to fit and turn a suit around in one hour. I've been consistently pleased with service (6 stars), cost, and quality. Before going to a department store for your next suit, or grabbing a tux at one of those cheap national retailors, I strongly suggest starting at Frank's.Service: Alterations

Quality work for reasonable prices with a quick turnaround. I bought my wedding suit from Frank's, Bill was great in helping my find what I was looking for and the tailoring was exactly as I wanted. I was in a crisis and a Frank's saved my bacon: I needed a suit tailored the same day as my friends wedding. Bill helped me out and I had a fitting suit from Frank's in less than two hours. It looked great, fit in all the right places, and was very competitively priced. The staff was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and professional. Amazing place to buy custom fit suits in Boston. Last of its kind family owned business. Tailor on site to make sure that your slacks, sports coat and suits fit to your body so perfectly. Amazing place to get a nice suit, tuxedo, slacks or sports jacket. Also they do wedding rentals as well.

Frank's saved me. Just before an important meeting on a Saturday my blazer popped a button. It happened as I was walking on Tremont St. Sure enough I rang their doorbell and they made the repair in 2 minutes saving my day. Thank you!
