I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect place! Great location, nice staffs and affordable.I took one star off because the cleaning lady didn’t come to my room once while I was staying there, but it probably because my room was a little “out of the way”.Overall it is a great place and I would stay again when I’m in Boston!

Exactly what we needed. Great location so we could just park the car in a nearby garage and forget it. The bed was comfortable and the building is pretty neat. The people were really nice too. They had the perfect coffee machine by the desk in the morning!

Easy to get to and decent location to get to your sites. WiFi is good. Basic amenities with a coffee and tea station. Room was clean, but needs updates. Get the room with 2 double beds if you want more space.Rooms: Need updating. Had a safe. Very small desk but enough to work on. The small room with twin bed doesn't have a desk.Safety: Need room card to enter at night.Walkability: Back Bay station is 13 minute walk. South station is 15 minutes. A few blocks from the T. Easy to get to and around.Food & drinks: Coffee and tea station

Excellent location. They serve complimentary coffee and tea which was great for the cold weather! It's good to stay for a few days. The room is very small, the cleaning service does not do it. The service is generally good.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, free coffee and tea.I like the idea of making a hotel from the old condo building.

Found was a great hotel. It was a clean functional hotel. Not luxury but gave elevated touches of service like the coffee bar. It served its purpose for location and a place to sleep.Rooms: Our room was tiny but cozy. I would be more comfortable for 1 guest, 2 guest is a bit of a stretch.Nearby activities: Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from at different price points.Walkability: Location was in downtown Boston, right next to Chinatown and a 12 min walk away from the train station.Food & drinks: Coffee and tea bar in the lobby was great.

Our stay was over New Years with queen-size rooms. At first we had a room, unfortunately with a view of a dark alley. Other than complaining about it, we asked nicely (!!) and the next day we were allowed to move into the nicest room. Both rooms were clean and tidy. I also really like the style of the whole hotel, from the modern fonts and colors, to the vintage elevator and stylish bathrooms, especially the beautiful glass showers. The staff were so warm and helpful that we felt very comfortable. Subways and good restaurants were within walking distance. It was a very pleasant stay.Reminder: be nice, no one in the building wants you harm. There's love in there.Rooms: Neat, clean, modern decor in vintage styleSafety: From 11 o'clock in the evening you can only enter with a key card.

This Boston hotel boasts an excellent location, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The pricing is fair, offering good value for the amenities provided. The service is outstanding, with a helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for those seeking a solid hotel experience in Boston.

I want to give a 5 star because I like the hotel and room. It's a modern, comfortable, no-frills stay in a great location. But our shower was not clean. There was hair on the walls and floor. I never complain but I did ask the front desk in the morning if they could send housekeeping to clean our shower for our second night. When we got in for the second night, we found housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels but did not touch the shower. The shower floor was grimey and there was hair on the walls and floor still. I feel like their housekeeping doesn't regularly clean the showers between guests. Also I found two small roaches in the bathroom. It's disappointing because I really like everything else.Stayed 11/3-5/23

Great location, pleasant staff. The first room on the 2nd floor was far too small. With a little extra we got bigger room on the 1st floor and this was just perfect. The garage is just opposite the hotel and the hotel provides a discount. Overall a very pleasant stay in walking distance from downtown.

I had a great experience here. I frequent hostels, so the two dorm-style rooms they offer were perfect for me as a solo traveler. All of the front desk staff are incredibly kind, personable, and accommodating.I came down with something on my last night there so I moved to a queen room instead of a shared room. Both styles of rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and had impressive AC for such an old building. Even the dorm style rooms had daily housekeeping with new towels. It’s within walking distance to everything you may need, I personally really enjoyed the comedy club just a few blocks away. The only negative interaction I had was with a rather dominant housekeeping manager that was unhappy that I didn’t vacate my bunk early enough when I was waiting on my private room to become available while I was sick. I get why she was upset with me but I’d already explained my situation with management so I was surprised at her aggression. Just make sure you check out on time or early and you’ll have a very pleasant stay:)

Found is a bit unsightly from the outside, but the small rooms cozy and clean and the bathrooms super clean and newly renovated. The firm pillows are the best I've seen in a hotel. The elevator could use a facelift and it would be nice to have some seating in the lobby although there's little room for that.

Loved that this hotel is centrally located and not break the bank expensive. The building is old (I personally love old hotels/buildings) and therefore there are certain things you just have to deal with but none of them were ruinous to our stay. Old elevator, uneven floor in the room etc. But nothing horrible. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering us water bottles for our travels and informing us of restaurants close by. There was 24 hour check in, free self serve laundry, free wifi, free baggage hold, a little lounge area to use pre and post check in, and a free coffee bar.The room was clean, bug free, with updated bathroom, working AC, and a comfortable bed with very plush pillows. There was quite a bit of noise from the street even 3 floors up but it was the start of a long weekend and my SO and I were able to sleep without issue. My only recommendation was to have at least a chair or two (other than the desk chair), a little couch, or even a luggage horse to put your bags on to make accessing them easier.Don't let the 2 star hotel rating fool you, this is a great spot to stay!Rooms: Rooms are basic, have all necessities, are updated and comfortable. In shower pumps for shampoo and body wash, hand pumps for hand soap and body lotion are also available.Nearby activities: Edgar Allan Poe statue (he was born practically next to the hotel) is a 2 minute walk away, so is a main access point for the hop on hop off trolley tours. You can purchase tickets close by and access the trolley there too. As the hotel is centrally located, there are plenty of close by attractions, restaurants and activities.Safety: 24 hour check in means there is always someone on the front desk. The rooms have peep holes and extra security back up deadbolt/locks.Walkability: Amazing walkability, close to Downton, many sites to see, the hop on and hop off trolley is right down the street and so is Boston Common
