Brought my vehicle here after purchasing it was used , had high miles and my check engine light was on. They call me the next day and give me a list of things needed I say ok let's get it fixed! 3 days go by and I call asking if any up dates they tell me they were sent wrong parts etc ok fine following week goes by I call Friday and they tell me wrong part sent again has to order from another place. Again I say ok keep me informed of status Another week goes by I call and ask any update I'm told they are working on it should be ready soon! Next day get call it's ready I go to pick up and a couple thousand dollar bill I assume all is well! Not even a quarter mile from shop check engine light back on I bring back and tell them says he will check it out carvthere for another two weeks and finally says he can't fix but car is running good! Had car for a month charged me over $3k and only fixed a couple small issues! Couple months later my check oil light comes on and it's before suggested time on sticker! So I call this shop because one of the services they were to perform was an oil change! The owner says bring it he will take a look personally I say ok. Drop of explain what's going on. Called a day later says a hose needs to be replaced should take a day or 2 I call 2 days later he tells me wrong part was sent needs more time. A week later he calls says its ready I go to pick it up and pay them! Before I could even get home lights are flashing same issues I was having prior still were happening basically didn't fix anything! Out almost $4k total and didn't fix any of my major issues! He ( the owner ) was really nice tho! Bottom line if you DONT want your car fixed but would like to be fed garbage and charged for it all while being greased by the really nice owner then this is the place for you!! If you want your car fixed and fixed properly I'd strongly suggest any other shop other than Forest Hills Auto BEWARE!

I took my Honda Element to them because I smelled a tiny exhaust leak so I took it there. I was informed someone used a bolt on the manifold and it was snapped. They said they will order the parts and have it repaired. I pickup the vehicle and less than 4 miles, the VSC light came on. I had the car towed back to them and they call me up and said the car was done. When I went to pick up the car. It was running and I noticed all my radio station were gone. I figured them my have to disconnect the battery to do repairs. I got in the car and again, less then 4 miles later, the VSC light came on. Had the car towed back to them again. They called a few days later and said the car was done so I pickup the car and I started to drive the car. I noticed the brake pedal was lower than before. (keep in mind that I have to paid for the repairs every time I brought the car back) Now, I believe someone by the name Steve said he will drive the car to see if the VSC light come on. I said the car had been there awhile and the gas tank if very low. He said he will put gas in it. He claimed he droved the car home and back to work and everything is fine. I picked the car and I noticed the gas gauge was exactly where is was no additional miles were put on the car. Now he said he would have to wait until the owner come back in 2 week so he car get this resolved. When the owner came back, he said he found the problem, it was because the wires the frayed in the harness. I said I just want it fix so I can get the car to my son because he needed the car for medical care 3 times a week. I got the car back and this time, I was able to go 40 miles. After my son got the car, the VSC came on again. He took the car to another shop and the problem was the clutch. My total bill was over $2000 and they had the car for almost 3 months. I wouldn't bring a Tonka truck for them to repair. They lied, they gouge and they cheat!

Excellent work from the pros at Forest Hills. Took my Tundra in for differential repair when other shops wouldn’t take it. Fair prices and speedy service. General Manager Ahmad was friendly and very helpful.

There are good people in this world and this auto shop and Steve are a shining example.On Nov 23, 2022 my car totaled itself! I was driving and all of a sudden airbags deployed, car turned right, jumped a curb and hit a tree. I filed a claim with Subaru about this Crosstrek. They claim there was an impact which caused the auto to deploy air bags, etc etc. I called Steve and explained the situation. Out of the goodness of his heart he went to Quincy to look at the car. There was no sign of an impact except where the car hit the tree. I am still fighting with Subaru. I did know that I had not hit anything, and nothing had hit me.

Excellent attentive and in tune to your needs. Come for what you need get what you want and receive a diagnosis on options for future needs. I find the owner to be caring and listens very well - He is the mechanic I will work with and trust! I drive in from Lynn!!

Rude, unprofessional, aggressive, and belligerent "new" manager, I only went there because Ahmad provided great customer service, this new millennial young guy is a major league a-hole with a complex. Don't do business here moving forward you will be overcharged and disrespected.
