Shawn was so helpful when my glasses broke. He repaired them skillfully so I could get through the day, and he even gave me the address of the nearest branch of the chain where I bought them so I could ask for replacement frames. I will come back to buy glasses here. Thank you, Shawn!!!

I was in Boston visiting family and my glasses broke. Shawn was extremely friendly and kind. He fixed my glasses for FREE very quickly and even sent me off with a cleaning/repair kit! If I lived closer I would definitely go here for all of my eyewear needs.

I’ve been going to Four Eyes for 25 years. Shawn at the Boston store has always given me friendly and professional service. In fact, I’ve followed him from the different For Eyes stores in greater Boston he has worked in for this reason, even though it wasn’t always the closest store.

Dealt with Sean, and he made my choosing and purchasing of frames so enjoyable! Thank you!! I used to shop at this location a few years back, and I cringed at the idea of going back because of the previous staff. I loved the wide selection and the quality of the products that I received, but the previous staff was so challenging to deal with. So happy that there are new people here and I hope any customers who were lost find their way back.

For Eyes in Boston is a great spot for eye care and glasses. Shawn is incredibly kind, honest, and professional, making the experience smooth and comfortable. He carefully answered all my questions and even went the extra mile to help me save money, always keeping my best interests in mind. I went in briefly to get my glasses repaired and the sales person was incredibly kind and patient. They even took a look at my old glasses I had not bought from For Eyes! My insurance doesn't cover me to buy my glasses from here, but I still come here because of the good customer service. Kindness matters!

I accidentally walked into this location, as I work right across the street, and it turned out to be a great experience. I had some money left over on my FSA account that needed to be used before the end of the year.
I met with Shawn, who was incredibly helpful and professional. Although the office didn’t accept my particular vision insurance, Shawn treated me like a VIP regardless. He patiently answered all of my questions with detailed explanations and helped me pick out glasses that I really liked, providing a clear breakdown of the pricing.
When I mentioned I wanted to check out other places that did accept my insurance, Shawn was kind enough to give me directions to nearby locations. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help, even though it might not result in a sale.
I visited one of the other locations Shawn recommended, but after just 10 minutes, I found myself walking right back to his office. Shawn’s approach was different—he wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to oversell, and was upfront from the beginning. I’m not only happy with my new glasses but also extremely impressed with the exceptional service Shawn provided.
By the way the cost was lower even though For Eyes didn’t accept my insurance. Lower by almost 50%
