This use to be the best credit union now it’s just another bank. They have overdraft protection that was a lifesaver but now they charge “35 dollars” every check that doesn’t clear the draft. Outrageous.

Also called several times because my debit card is lostHad to call some random place NOT the credit union, to put a stop on my card. STILL have to call to grt a replacement in TEN days. I will NOT be a customer for much longer.

Been a customer for over 40 years (too lazy to change my mortgage ) and have never seen it this bad . I called 6 times over 2 days and received no call backs after leaving messages. How lazy can you be to not answer your phones or return messages . Stay away !! Go to a real bank.

Wish customervservice line was open 24/7. I tried to reset my password because my fingerprint login was not working. They sent me a password and somehow I messed up while putting it in and they blog my account. Not happy.

Ive been a customer since 2014 and I had to close my account with this Credit Union because the customer service got Horrible after Covid! Only 2 Tellers working and no customer rep the Tellers have to do customer service behind the window therefore no Privacy! And the Tellers don't know what they are doing when it comes to customer service. I had to call about 5 times for the same problem and I had to visit for the same problem and they couldn't solve a simple problem!

Called 10 in tuesday no call back today 1-6. Have been on hold over 40 min. My card was frozen . not happy. Understand Covid is happen but this is truly unprofessional.

Just straight horrible. No one answered my call. There system was down. I had to pay rent and they told me i could only take out 450 a day. Then when i made a request to get funds out at an atm they told me that unfortunately there system was down.

I went one day to open an account, both girls in the front were super nice in giving me information about the accounts. Even though they were smiling and having a conversation with me you can tell all the employees looked unhappy that would pass by the lobby. by that you can tell the board isn't doing their job right with unhappy employees and low staff. I decided not to open an account. I know a couple of members who has an account and postal employees told me that management is awful and nobody seem to care about the staff including the superior management. If that's true, please stay away! I hope all these employees can find better jobs and a true leader.

They are totally unresponsive. I have been trying to get online access to an account for over a week. When I opened my HELOC with them I did it because the person I was working with at FPCU was responsive. Now he has left the Bank and although the few people who answer the phone are nice enough, they tell you they will get something done and you will here back from them tomorrow, tomorrow never comes. I totally regret getting a HELOC with this Bank. They are disorganized, amateur, low technology and don't know what they are doing. Its an amateur organization at best and you will be better off elsewhere.

Two weeks later, I am still waiting to hear from them. They admit they had my deposit but don't know what they did with it. Even called the bank President, but Mr Canada doesn't have the decency to return a call. He must be busy screwing other customers !!
