They did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended at stop sign last month. They had a rental car option so I was never left without a vehicle while my car was serviced. I got regular text updates and my car was finished right on schedule. It looks as good as when I drove it off the lot 9 years ago! They also detailed my car which was really appreciated. Oh and the woman at the front desk is super nice, very friendly. Great experience overall.

If you need body work in or around the city of Boston these are the buys. 1st Class Auto Body did an excellent job on my vehicle. They were professional, no added BS, worked directly with the insurance company because the original quote from insurance was too low, and they provide daily updates via text about the progress of the vehicle and the ETA for completion. This is extremely helpful for planning purposes. And to top it off, when I picked up my vehicle is was professionally detailed inside (no extra charge). Excellent shop that you should have no concerns about bringing your vehicle to regardless of how new/expensive it it. They will get it back to looking new!

Hilda and Kevin's customer service truly made it an amazing experience for my husband and I. The quality of the repairs was exceptional! The car looked the way it had the day we left the dealership and bought it brand new. I was nearly brought to tears upon seeing this because it was so damaged when we brought it to 1st class auto. They even buffed out a scrape that wasn't related to the insurance claim and cleaned the entire car! Thanks a million!

I can't say enough great things about 1st Class Auto Body. They honestly took care of me, from start to finish. While insurance and everyone else was making the repair process difficult, they were always that conversation that gave me a chance to take a breath. At initial intake, Bob (the owner) walked me through the process, including making sure that my vehicle was properly towed to the shop. From there, EVERYONE treated me as if I was truly, apart of the family. I received text updates on the status of my car repair, and it was ready a day early. When I picked up my car, I had a question about a notification I received from my car's app and a mechanic explained everything in detail to me, in a way that I could understand. Also... Shawna and Bob could not have been more hospitable. First of all, the office was a clean space, as opposed to shops that we're all used to seeing. Shawna was relatable, personable, welcoming, as the other young ladies in the office were wonderfully sweet. While I don't look forward to needing car repair, I do know where I will be going when the time comes. All needs, both large and small. Thank you 1st Class Auto Body.

Amazing service! I'm so glad I chose 1st Class Auto Body, and if any of my friends ever need anything like it, they will come here! Bob W was amazing, very friendly, and professional at the same time. The car came back in amazing condition, like brand new! Also, I have to say that the car was back to me super early and as we had discussed, and it was thoroughly cleaned inside and outside as well, without any addition to the price! Lastly, I love how at 1st Class auto body, everyone looks at the human and not just at the car, so they are all able to accommodate each person's needs. I recommend this place to everybody; it's the best auto body place ever!!!

I wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to 1sdt Class Auto and gratutude to Shawna, Bob, and their team for making my auto new again, so grateful how on top of everything with insurance, including us with updated and assured me to have a rental the day I showed unexpected with severe accident damage on my auto and 4 children. Thank you again! Will definitely recommend, and be there if needed for my auto or family and friends. Thanks again all!!!

Someone evil violently keyed my car on both sides and three out of four door panels. I looked up places in East Boston to get it fixed and the reviews I saw for this shop seemed too good to be true. They were not. From the owner, to the administrators, to the mechanics, everyone was so kind, sympathetic, and helpful. They dealt with my insurance on their own throughout, and my car looked brand new and was completely cleaned inside and out when I went to pick it up. I'm so happy to have this place nearby to rely on. Can't recommend them enough.

By far the best auto body/mechanic experience I've ever had. Bobby (owner) took care of me and my car like I was a part of his family. His team was quick, professional and amazing communicators. If you're not going to 1st class...then I'm not sure what you're doing. Amazing.

Definitely recommending this place. Kevin was very honest and clear about my car being repair. He is the best. He contacted me for updates constantly. I never had to call to check on updates. Definitely will go back to this shop.He and his team left my car like new.
