I worked with Brett to purchase my first condo. He went above and beyond to secure the condo amidst a bidding war. He is very well connected within the industry and that is also integral. I highly recommend the whole team, they are there to help along the process too.

Well if you are looking for a realtor who cares only about his commission versus the client then you have come to the right place. Ask for Brett Derocker. If Brett holds the listing and you are in co broke situation then expect him to do anything he can to assure the deal does not go through. Why would he want to split a commission when he can get the entire commissions for himself... even if it hurts both the client and the potential buyer/renter. All he cares about is his wallet. Avoid this guy! I know I will.

We had an excellent experience working with Tadhg Weinman at First Boston Realty. Tadhg (pronounced "Tag") expertly assessed our needs (and deal-breakers) for an apartment, offered us listings for viewing in a timely manner, and set up virtual showings for us (yes, we did this all inter-state!). He was the consummate professional, and was genuine and thoughtful in all of our interactions. We definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a place in Boston and the surrounding area!

My boyfriend and I worked with Tadhg to find a 1 bed apartment (mostly in the Fenway / Kenmore / South End area, but also around Back Bay, Boston Common, and even Davis Square) and had a great experience.He's responsive, professional, and knows the Boston / Cambridge area well. We found him originally through a Craigslist post of an apartment we were interested in, but soon was working with him to find and see other places, partially because we had an atypical August start date.We really only had to send him a list of the times we're usually free and a general description of what we were looking for. He handled the scheduling, helped us refine our understanding of what we wanted, and sourced leads for us. He was proactive in sending us listings and making recommendations. Seeing these different apartments and hearing his advice really helped us feel comfortable making our eventual apartment decision.

Ahcene Ouldsaada was the agent who helped me find a new apartment and he did a fantastic job. He was extremely professional, transparent, quick to reply and he did a great job of taking in my input from previous apartments we saw to find a great place within my budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone moving to Boston and in the Back Bay area.

I got in touch with First Boston Realty because my friend, who had worked with Jenny there to find a place in Back Bay, had great things to say about them. I’m new to the Boston area (even though I’ve visited several times) and Jenny helped me get a sense for the neighborhoods and what I could afford, and after that she showed me several really good options. I found her to be super pleasant and very helpful with all my questions. I ended up with a nice two bedroom close to transit, just like I’d hoped, and I’m sooo happy! From now on, I’ll be recommending Jenny to anyone I know who needs a place.
