Fidelity's platform has been a source of frustration due to its confusing user interface, which has led to significant time spent on the phone trying to resolve issues related to the cash and margin options when placing trades.I have had to call them multiple times and spending a total time of 5 to 6 hours on the phone trying to fix the cash and margin button option when placing a trade. Fidelity is stealing from their customer because it refuses to use the cash on the account and always defaults to buying everything in margin. I called last week to convert everything from TYPE margin to TYPE cash and the very next day everything was back in margin because their system auto journals everything backs into margin. We had to put a block on this so it doesn't auto journals. This experience has been disappointing and challenging, highlighting areas where Fidelity could improve its user experience and transparency for customers.

Ruined my retirement investments I will not ever do buisness with them again. When you see people complaining it’s for a reason and please listen and take your buisness elsewhere

This company is incompetant. I left them more than a decade ago because of poor service that cost me thousand, and for a common guy like me it was essentially my life savings. Unfortunately. A recent employer moved their retirement program to Fidelity before I could move my funds out. Fidelity could not even process my rollover without screwing it up. If I could give less than a 1-star rating, I would.

I’ve been trying to establish an ABLE Account for myself, as I’m disabled and would like to have one for peace of mind in the event of an emergency. I am also a victim of both identity theft and mail theft. My local Police Department has reminded and reiterates time and time again that I need to have ALL mail and packages sent to a Mailing Address versus my house , as it’s more safe and secure than my house obviously, since there’s a mail thief living on the premises and the Management Company refuses to do anything about it at all.Fidelity Investments is refusing to accommodate my situation. Putting it bluntly, Fidelity’s discriminating against me as a disabled person and my situation. I will be filing complaints against Fidelity with the appropriate state and federal agencies.

I didnt quit Fidelity so much as they quit me. For decades Fidelity promoted sector investing w view toward business cyle for investor-managed funds. Yet, in recent years have cut back on web-based sector analytical tools. Eliminated "Sector News and Insight" news page last year. Now, have revised sector snapshot page thereby elimating sector and industruy performance comparison tools that allowed investors to choose sectors and time frame for comparison. Also eliminating an accompanying tool on real time global markets. Fortunately, I found these tools at a competing investment firm. So long Fido.

Big regret I ever considered them, horrible experience, so unprofessional.I sent a wire transfer more than FIVE MONTH AGO and money disappeared thanks to Fidelity. Beneficiary still can’t receive the money and after multiple times and hours on the phone not a single Fidelity rep/customer service/managers can trace or recall the wire but the promises to call me back as they will have an update. They never did.Turns out fidelity used the other bank for wire and right now they can't even reach that bank to recall the wire, asking me to do this knowing that they are the originator of the wire for that 3rd party bank.Thousands of my dollars just stuck somewhere and fidelity representatives and executives can’t help with anything.Totally messed up work and complete inactivity and disrespect.

I scheduled a consultation with a Richard Curry, who was downright unprofessional and condescending. Who would have an outburst when being asked simple questions? I don't recommend going to this person for any kind of advice.

I submitted paperwork via Fedex to have my bank account linked to my Fidelity accounts. Two weeks later, they still aren't linked. I've called multiple times and the agents assure it will be done by the next day. Still waiting...In addition, my parents had accounts with them and have been dead two years. I notified them immediately, and they distributed their accounts to the beneficiaries. But I continue to receive mail from Fidelity addressed to them even though I've called them multiple times.This company is downright incompetent.
