I was attempting to buy flowers for a loved one through the phone. I was unsure about the prices and wanted to buy something modest. The service was absolutely horrendous as the owner yelled at me through the phone for just asking about prices. Please never do business here as the way they treated me was absolutely unacceptable and appalling. This is the first google review I have written because the experience here forced me to do so.

Amazing and prompt service. Ordered via phone and salesperson was attentive, understanding and a joy to talk with .delivered flowers on time. Incredible arraignment of flowers that exceeded expectations. Flowers very fresh and an eye for how to arrange them in a beautiful presentation. Will order here again without hesitation!

Bruce and his team were unbelievable! The ultimate flower production was spectacular! And he was excellent at accomodating any changes and hand holding along the way! He totally spoiled us.
Our next wedding is out west. My daughter is disappointed because she knows that we will never find a florist like Bruce. Maybe he will fly out...

Bruce and The Fern team are AMAZING! We came to them with a request for a floral collar for my dog for a cocktail party and then decided to add floral centerpieces as well (along with a surprise arrangement mom had ordered, its the big pink one photographed below as well, which was stunning). We called on a Tuesday needing these on the upcoming Friday and Bruce and the Fern team could not have been more accommodating or helpful - they are not only talented floral artists but also absolute professionals. We are so grateful to them and will absolutely be using them in the future and recommend them highly!!!

I called this store for a flower arrangement with a small budget told the owner I didn’t have much and mentioned I was in the military this man helped me with the best flowers and delivery took out of his time to make this perfect, I’m so grateful for owner like this. Best service, best customer service i would recommend for everyone who needs flowers. Thank you for making my wife birthday and our anniversary so special Bruce.

Loved the customer service and creativity of Fern with my walk in last minute arrangement request. Kind, patient, creative staff who at the end of their day were generous to make a bouquet I could use to enhance my exhibit space. Beautiful fragrant arrangement that brings joy to my location ?!

Other than being a little pricey, they have beautiful flowers to choose from ?
I really loved the purple ones they have, and the lady made sure that I had flowers that were fresh and healthy and that i got my moneys worth even if it was a little pricey but it was definitely worth it to get some flowers there for someone special?
And my boyfriend liked them:)
