Computer system didn’t work. 45 minutes to mail one package. And they charged me an extra $10 for the privilege. Go elsewhere.

Just go to the FedEx next door in the Westin to avoid paying an extra handling fee at this location. Also, the location information is a bit off. It's not in the middle of Hall A, it's on level 1 of the building on the west side, above Hall A. I tried editing the location info but Google refuses to accept my edit. Thanks Google, nice job.

I was scolded for staring into space while waiting in line (sorry, didn't know there was a law against it!), then scolded for thinking FedEx "happy returns" drop off might be like Amazon, then scolded when it took a second to reload my QR code since it had been hanging, then told to go to Congress Street even though the return process states any Fedex happy returns location, then refused a reason. Such an unpleasant waste of time.ETA: I just checked my returns email and it says drop off anywhere, no box or label required.

Unless you're a fan of unpleasant surprises in the form of additional fees or you desperately don't have a few minutes to go to another location, you're better off avoiding this particular FedEx. This is a review specific to this FedEx location within the Westin Seaport hotel. I decided to try this location to drop off a package with a prepaid label. Little did I know - this location charges an additional handling fee for all drop offs regardless of your package being prepaid. This information is not listed on the FedEx site and you will only find out upon arrival, where they'll have a sign on their counter announcing their additional fee chart. Supposedly this fee only applies because it's situated within a hotel and not a standalone FedEx. I imagine this is useful when there's a convention held next door and customers are willing to pay more out of desperation and convenience. If you're driving in to a FedEx near you, you will want to avoid this one. As far as I'm aware, this fee applies year round and isn't waive during slow season when the hotel is quieter with the absence of convention events. Ultimately I decided to go to another FedEx store but if you plan to come here, know that your package will be charged a handling fee based on weight in addition to the usual FedEx rates.

Avoid this Fed Ex location at all costs or plan to spend a good amount of your day here. I went on Monday and stood outside for a half hour waiting in line until I overheard the people in front of me mention they had been there for a half hour longer so I left. I went back today and there was one person in front of me so I thought, great! I was still there for a half hour as they could not find the persons package in front of me and it also took a very long time to find mine. It seems like the back is extremely unorganized, not to mention the one person assisting customers should not have be in a customer service role. He seemed miserable and like the last place he wanted to be was there. I hope I never miss a package so I never have to step foot in there again.

The only reason I gave 1 star is that 0 stars is not an option. Three issues with FedEx in one day....it may be a record. Let me note we are a commercial business with a corporate account. First, mailed a FedEx envelope on Wednesday afternoon for standard delivery on Thursday, FedEx is hoping to have it delivered today, Friday. Second issue, FedEx Ground - scheduled for a pick up on Thursday, they never arrived but the driver notes "package not ready". Seriously? It's been sitting in reception since Wednesday morning And last but not least, the driver who opens the first of two sets of doors to throw envelopes arriving on the floor. This company is a nightmare and Customer Service is useless!

For those who have prepaid shipping label, please avoid this location as they charge extra handling fee. You can find a Fedex shipping center across the bridge right off summer St. Similar as other reviewer, the staff was friendly and professional when he explained the reasoning for the fee due to location.

Amazing experience at the fedEx at this location. The lady helped me all the way from printing the labels for the package and sorting out the international return shipping label. She double checked everything to make sure I had all the necessary invoices and receipts. Thank you!

This location is inside the Convention Center and charges an additional handling fee for Ground and certain other packages, irrespective of having a prepaid label. That said, the customer service representative was very kind and thoughtful, offering other locations nearby that don't charge handling fees.

Kevin is a good guy, but the n*** with the glasses takes his job way too seriously. He seems to get his jollies off of people shipping beer and busting them. It's probably how he justifies his boring life while citing state AND federal law and the amount of the fine. Get over it. I can tell you are a well liked guy with many friends, probably an interesting hobby or two. If I was that proud of busting people for shipping beer, I'd seriously reevaluate my life. Oh, and of you read this, you didn't bust me the past three times you shipped beer for me, a lot of beer. Also, he said he was going to call trillium to tell them to stop doing this...again. This n*** has called a brewery more than once to tell on people for shipping their beer. Yes, trillium; stop making beer, because this n*** gets offended. What's wrong with you?

Good luck getting your package. I've seen the FedEx truck park outside my building and never come up the steps. It just sat there. Before I could get my shoes on to run up to the truck it drove off and sure enough got a text message that FEDEX delivery was attempted but I was not available. FAKE NEWS. Now the latest, I dropped off two returns at this location, and was told to put the packages on the table and if I didn't want a receipt I was all set. Big mistake. Furniture company now says they have no tracking or record that the return was made and they never received the returns!

On the second attemp they posted a note saying it was the final time they were coming to my housing unit. They never even posted a first attemp. Then I spoke to the customer service number and complained. They said they will deliver the package Thursday between 1-3. It never came I call the number again and continue to complain. The associate at the location told the phone associate "if I really needed it I will pick it up" my company did not pay for express delivery so I could waste my time picking it up. I tract my delivery and there is a note that say they "tried to delivery it at 9:37pm" I was home all day waiting for this package and nothing came and they were suppose to call me when they got to the door as stated in the notes. This is a shitty a** location and company. BE AWARE OF THEM AND DO NOT USE THEM!!!
