Brought in several overnight packages to dropoff (already labeled and ready to go). The driver was there scanning packages, but the clerk told me that they wouldn't go out until the next day. Basically they didn't want to give them to the driver who was still there scanning packages. Apparently if you miss the "cutoff time" by 5 minutes they won't accept the packages even though the driver is still there and could easily take them. I'm sure it was the express driver, not ground, who was there.
While I was there another person came in and was told the same thing.

Avoid at all costs. The reviews in this store are not a lie, look at the number of one stars. Terrible employees, don’t care at all for the customers, and will do all they can to avoid giving service. Competition here I go

So I went here before Christmas when holiday shipping was very hectic, et al. I got a package and did not realize it was a gift from a family member at first/thought it was credit card fraud actually, and to make a long story short--I started a return on the gift--the gift was returned to the online site via Happy Returns and I was directed to the Fedex office at 10 Post Office square. Now there are a few Fedex offices around Post Office Square in the Financial District and I overshot (my fault) and had to walk back This Fedex office is on the end of the park near the Langham hotel -- nearer to the Quincy Market side of the District. Inside they were short staffed but they were trying, the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient and she also paused to help someone else who needed help with a self service question--copier/loading the paper/where he could find it, et al. It all went smoothly, I was a bit worried b/c no receipt but the family member emailed me to tell me the return went through/all was well. This was my limited experience here but it was a positive one.

The only reason this is a 4 star is because of the store manager Hawa. Other than that the mail employee who is clearly being trained was mumbling very explicit bad words complaining about customers how we distract him. I was sitting in one of the work stations printing and I could clearly hear him calling us the customers "stupid r---" very innapropriate and unprofessional. This behavior needs to be rectified and at the very minimum do not have him in a customer facing role.

Mike is great. Lost a receipt that I needed to invoice. Mike was able to find the sale for my shipment, printed out the receipt, and scanned and emailed the receipt to me. So awesome!

I had a very fragile package of two silk lamp shades with no box. Henry went over and above to assure they would be secure and undamaged. The peace of mind was worth twice the price.

This place has all the things one needs to use a computer, print or ship. However, I could not believe the terrible service I had. It was not very recent--earlier this year. I was one of two customers and the guy gave me a hard time for asking him to refill the paper. I don't know if he was super busy doing something else behind the counter or what.

EPIC FAIL. I sent in an online order to print off some presentations from NYC about 7 hours before I showed up. I never received an email confirm but did get an one online and I put in my credit card which was in the receipt. Show up in Boston - no record of order. I have a picture of confirm. Doesn't matter. Standing 30 feet from me guys say "yeah the system is down we got an email from corporate that online isn't working." They tell me to send the presentation to them and they will get it done by close. I do that, they email me and say "sorry we are too back logged can't get it done." So clearly you cannot count on Kinkos for business printing even with a reasonable deadline. What a pitiful excuse for a professional service. Will never ever use at any location ever again. F!
