Do not go here, they will not accept prelabeled fedex packages! They charge a fee to drop off. What kind of shipping company doesn’t even have a Dropbox for free? FedEx is a joke.

Excellent convenient location, fast service, but the jewel of the crown is ROSS, he's the nicest kindest person and knows how to solve a problem when you're stressed and in a rush. Highly recommended! ?????

Be warned! This FedEx location charges a "handling fee" because it's in the hotel. My package, a pair of shoes being returned with a prepaid label, cost $10. So much for free returns! Their website does not mention the handling fee, and it seems quite unfair.

You have to put it in your mind, this is not a regular store . You’ll pay extra because this location is inside a hotel. They want to charge me extra $35 even though I have paid online . However, there is another store 8 min walking, and you won’t have to pay extra because it’s a regular store .

I’ve had an amazing experience at this location. We were dropping off a pretty complex shipment (lots of luggage), and everything went super smoothly. Big shout out to Michael who guided us through process and was extremely nice and professional ⭐️

I had an issue in which my receipt did not match my order. Store rep Megan went through the actual job instructions and made sure that everything was made correctly. Great customer service!

I have never had such amazing customer service at a shop, let alone a kinkos.Mike was beyond helpful and so hospitable. He went out of his way and really helped out on my printing and laminating.Thanks Mike!

Second Floor stairs Off the Lobby of the Plaza Hotel. Very tall Modern Classic Gentleman as helpful as helpful can be, and loves a great Joke and Classic old schools blues. Wish him well on his path. Hope you found "Time" good Sir.

One person slowly typing away at a keyboard with no customer in sight: "please wait." When he was done with his business I asked if I could leave a prepaid, labeled USPS small box for the mailman. "There is a $2 drop of charge inside the hotel." I told the gentleman I don't think so and walked out. Found a mailbox around the corner. I will never use this Fedex location unless it is 20 below outside with snow blowing sideways.
