The staff goes above and beyond here to expedite print jobs and provide friendly and quick customer service. I often have to print time sensitive jobs for work and every single time they have had my jobs done hours earlier than expected, which is often a life saver for me. I really appreciate their hard work, as it makes my job a lot easier!

I just wanted to share my very positive experience at the FedEx location at 700 Albany Street. I own a business nearby, so have used this location for many years. I am always met with a smile and find the service to be knowledgeable and efficient for all of my straightforward needs. But the customer service was really put to the test a few weeks ago when a package I needed for a client was "stuck" at another location. I won't bore you with the details, but it was a real problem and I was transferred at least 3 times, spent almost 90 minutes on the phone at the corporate level and nobody would help. So I decided to walk directly to the location at 700 Albany and see if Brian (I believe the store manager? If not, he should be) could help. He did not disappoint. He gave me some great advice on how to handle the situation, kept an eye out for the package that I had directed to his store, and was a real pleasure to work with the entire time. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me in this situation. He immediately reduced my stress level about this problem and helped me solve it. Because of him, I really felt that I was dealing with a local small business, not a giant corporation. So thank you Brian, and everyone at this location!

I had one of those days when nothing seems to going right lol I walked into the store both the customer service assistant and the manager were super helpful and friendly. They had me boxed and wrapped up in no time. Lifted my spirits for the rest of the day!

I wouldn’t give them any stars if possible. This place is awful, horrible customer service & absolutely no parking whatsoever. Add a $50 ticket on top of each visit to this place.

Karen was absolutely incredible!!!!! She helped me with my shipment, noticed I was having a day, and offered me some water, which I desperately needed. The whole experience went smoothly and I was super impressed with her customer service. She took amazing care of me.

The people here are getting paid to do nothing pretty much. Everytime I go here its like a new excuse and they don't even try to hear the job you're trying to get done before dismissing you. Oh we can't do that here (even though the website says so) oh the printer is broken. They don't want to be there themselves

I’ve always had great service at this location but my last interaction was with Brian and he was just delightful in every way. Most importantly, the work was completed, high quality, and ahead of schedule. Brian just took it to the next level - welcoming, easy to chat with, responsive, upbeat - what a breath of fresh air when you’re on a print deadline!

Brian was PHENOMENAL! He was so kind, attentive, and super helpful. He was efficient and so energetic. He improved my project and my deliverables were better than I imagined. I really enjoyed working with him and I will absolutely request him to do every service that I need at FedEx.

Friendly staff, super easy! Clean, professional, and a pleasant experience. Staff was being trained but this didn’t affect their service or friendliness. Great spot.
