My experience was great!The gentleman at the counter was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about getting my package sent out. I understand why some of the customers may get mad but you have to understand that this is company is inside of an establishment (SHERATON HOTEL ?). So NO ONE can be mad because you're getting charged 10 dollars or more depending on the weight to send a package. Come on people it's COMMON SENSE!!!Anyway I wanted to say great job FEDEX!!!

This is not a fedex store, this is a fedex sponsored scam. Prepaid packages still have handling fees ($10 in my case) and they cannot even take QR code returns. It’s infuriating that this listing makes it look like a regular fedex store, and that FedEx would have a store that scams its customers like this, but that’s FedEx for you.

Went to this place this past week. It’s inside Prudential Center, connected to the Sheraton Hotel. My phone coverage got dicey as soon as I got in there, so I couldn’t use my phone to send the files I needed to send to the fedex print email address. And, apparently, they don’t have their own wifi, because when I asked about it, they suggested I try the hotel wifi. Except that I wasn’t a hotel guest and didn’t have access. So maybe they just didn’t want to let me use their wifi? I don’t know… but having bad wifi in a place where people may need to print from their mobile devices seems like a bad look. Anyway, I will avoid this place as much as possible from now on.

Conveniently did not tell us that there would be a $15/box fee for our prepaid labels even though we were unloading in multiple trips over 5-10 minutes. Didn’t say a thing until all were unloaded and THEN told us we were welcome to go to a different location if that was an issue. Fee isn’t advertised anywhere and we were referred directly to this location by another FedEx drop off without warning about the fee. What a scam!

First of all it’s very hard to find. And if you CANNOT print the label then DON’T put print in the name.

They charge extra (even on packages with prepaid shipping!) for the benefit of an extra 24 hours delay on shipping. The staff are kind, but this place is worth avoiding at all cost.
