You’re crazy if you don’t give this location 5 stars - I can’t say enough good things about Ray.\\nI have a last minute print job for a work event after a long weekend. I ordered my prints on specialty paper that this location did not have. Not only did Ray transfer the print job to a different location FOR ME by calling in a favor at a different location, but he also hand-picked it up so that he could have it at the location I originally ordered to THE NEXT MORNING.\\nThis level of commitment to a job is unheard of and it made my life so much easier. Thank you again, Ray \\u0026 Andre.

Everything everyone in these comments are complaining about is standard for EVERY shipping center in a hotel or convention center. You can go off site and spend 20 bucks on an Uber and not pay your handling fee and then pay another 20 bucks to avoid it I guess. I have used their services for a few years now for a yearly work trip. The employees here are kind, helpful, and go out of their way to assist us every time. Working a convention is stressful and the employees make sure that shipping massive amounts is as painless as it can be.

I was scolded for staring into space while waiting in line (sorry, didn't know there was a law against it!), then scolded for thinking FedEx "happy returns" drop off might be like Amazon, then scolded when it took a second to reload my QR code since it had been hanging, then told to go to Congress Street even though the return process states any Fedex happy returns location, then refused a reason. Such an unpleasant waste of time. ETA: I just checked my returns email and it says drop off anywhere, no box or label required.

Don’t be fooled by this FedEx center. I had a label already printed and they wanted to charge a handling fee on top of that because “they are a FedEx within a hotel”. Like many others, now that I read the reviews, I laughed and walked out.

What a joke of a “center”. Tried charging a 10 dollar handling fee for dropping off a package that had a label already on it. Laughed and walked back out

they charge a $10 handling fee *per package* for simply receiving it. i understand a small fee, but that is absolutely ridiculous. and you have no other choice if you’re staying at the westin. extortion at its finest.

Took 30 min to print a picture only to get to know they didn't have photo paper to print on.

It took 15 minutes to ship two small boxes that would normally take 5 minutes at another location. Went through the verification process (had the right address and name) and paid, then my packages gets returned a week later for a “bad address”. I always write the addresses of my packages in sharpie on clean white paper. I think the associate changed the address and wasted my time and money. This was a package to console my grandmother (her brother is in the hospital) for Valentines Day, that I sent a week in advance. Now it’s gonna be a week late. This Fedex site isn’t worth visiting. The workers there are slow, seem unhappy and, for whatever reason, scam folks. Use a different one.

Unless you're a fan of unpleasant surprises in the form of additional fees or you desperately don't have a few minutes to go to another location, you're better off avoiding this particular FedEx. This is a review specific to this FedEx location within the Westin Seaport hotel. I decided to try this location to drop off a package with a prepaid label. Little did I know - this location charges an additional handling fee for all drop offs regardless of your package being prepaid. This information is not listed on the FedEx site and you will only find out upon arrival, where they'll have a sign on their counter announcing their additional fee chart. Supposedly this fee only applies because it's situated within a hotel and not a standalone FedEx. I imagine this is useful when there's a convention held next door and customers are willing to pay more out of desperation and convenience. If you're driving in to a FedEx near you, you will want to avoid this one. As far as I'm aware, this fee applies year round and isn't waive during slow season when the hotel is quieter with the absence of convention events. Ultimately I decided to go to another FedEx store but if you plan to come here, know that your package will be charged a handling fee based on weight in addition to the usual FedEx rates.

They wanted to charge me $35 to ship out a small box that had no rush associated with it. People were nice enough, but just so expensive.

Avoid this Fed Ex location at all costs or plan to spend a good amount of your day here. I went on Monday and stood outside for a half hour waiting in line until I overheard the people in front of me mention they had been there for a half hour longer so I left. I went back today and there was one person in front of me so I thought, great! I was still there for a half hour as they could not find the persons package in front of me and it also took a very long time to find mine. It seems like the back is extremely unorganized, not to mention the one person assisting customers should not have be in a customer service role. He seemed miserable and like the last place he wanted to be was there. I hope I never miss a package so I never have to step foot in there again.

The only reason I gave 1 star is that 0 stars is not an option. Three issues with FedEx in one day....it may be a record. Let me note we are a commercial business with a corporate account. First, mailed a FedEx envelope on Wednesday afternoon for standard delivery on Thursday, FedEx is hoping to have it delivered today, Friday. Second issue, FedEx Ground - scheduled for a pick up on Thursday, they never arrived but the driver notes "package not ready". Seriously? It's been sitting in reception since Wednesday morning And last but not least, the driver who opens the first of two sets of doors to throw envelopes arriving on the floor. This company is a nightmare and Customer Service is useless!

They are located within the Westin -- the entrance is on Fargo St; you won't find a sign for it on Summer St -- and charge a package handling fee in addition to whatever shipping fees there are. The customer service representative was rude, sighed heavily at my questions.
