I just purchased my second car through Toyota Expressway with Jason Tan. He has been a huge help in my car buying journey for my new car. He was in constant contact with me with updates and made sure the entire process went swimmingly, from seeing the car, to signing the papers and even following up a month after to make sure everything was still going as expected. The level of professionalism from Jason is what makes me go back to Expressway and shop with him for a car. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Toyota to reach out to Jason who will help make the whole experience easier and comfortable.

Really thought Sam Cruz was cool but when it came down to it he really messed me over when it came to running up my pockets in the long run. I’m really upside down on my loan and I would hate that to happen to anyone else. My car was also missing certain things and he just stopped replying to me. Would not recommend going to him, to anyone I know. Please buy your car from someone that wants the best for you and not someone who just wants a big commission.

The customer service was not the best, but I still got what I needed. Customer service can be a lot better. If you see a customer waiting in line. Take initiative and help the customer instead of talking to your co-workers. luckily a nice gentleman saw me waiting in line and came to the service. Customer satisfaction needs work.

Such a great experience here! David was absolutely amazing at helping me choose a vehicle. He answered all of my questions, had great knowledge on all of their vehicles, was patient, kind, and understanding . Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and I was treated like family. The finance part they explained things in great detail, and made me feel like I was valued. Overall, I'm very glad to have gotten my Toyota here! Thanks again you guys!

Another great experience getting my truck serviced at this Toyota dealership. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The food smelled delicious and the seating area is comfortable. You can read, watch TV or stream and there is plenty of space and outlets. Keep up the great work guys!

Brought my car in today for routine maintenance. The Service advisor was attentive and polite, and made me aware of how I can save on similar future visits (via a prepaid plan). I waited while the work was being done and was able to connect remotely to my office so no downtime.

My Expressway Toyota rep at the service center was very helpful regarding my 13 year-old Corolla's needs. He told me useful maintenance tips without being aggressively pushy about sales. The work is a bit pricey, but the location couldn't be more convenient for me. I'll be coming back because of my service rep. ?

I had dealt with several dealerships before who all did the sketchy salesman tactics. I turned them down. When I called Expressway, Bob answered and was so friendly. I had a very specific Toyota Camry in mind. The only Camry you can get with red interior was the XSE, which turned out to be above my price range. Bob suggested to get a lower end model and install red leather and it would save me money.I came in, spoke to salesman Manny Javier, and was very to the point about what I wanted. Manny did not try to pull any of the stuff you see other dealership salesman do, he worked with me. We priced everything out ahead of time together, and every request I asked he made happen. And if anything went wrong, he always made it right. I also have to thank the general manager, Steve the finance guy, and the saleswoman who gave me her granola bar when I was hungry.I really enjoyed this experience and I have to say this is definitely the way you work with a customer.

I had to wait longer than expected for my 2023 vehicle, but that’s the only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review! The service was absolutely impeccable, and Sam Cruz is an extremely honest and considerate salesman! Angel Pepin is also great for helping Sam and I get my car on the road as soon as possible after it got to the dealer! Thank you Toyota Expressway!

They are the worse. They will upsell you and bs you into a transmission fluid change and all that. They also don't know how to change brakes because it will squeal after you change it. The service attendant will upsell you really good. Bring your car to your local mechanic. Please don't come here because they are a sketchy bunch and will rob you.

Peace and blessing this is my first time experiencing the service department. I met Lynette she is more than five stars and yesterday DJ was very attentive to my needs and Luis greeted me professionally today. My issue is my rear driver side door does not open. I will recommend expressway Toyota of Boston. I did not expect this type of customer service. It's above and beyond. Including your Cafe. Fast and precise! I am from Rhode island and the gentlemen on the phone was able to booked my 10k services maintenance right away. Waited not even an hour and was able to get all the tire rotated and oil changed. Excellent services! Will definitely recommend my friend and family to go there.

Josh is extremely nice and knowledgeable! Overall great buying experience!The service department could use a lot of improvements. Came to get inspection sticker and mudguards installed (bought with my car) and my car sat outside in the parking lot for 3 hours and no one was working on it. Would’ve not even realized if I myself hadn’t gotten up and checked. Wasted a little over 5 hours including commute just to get an inspection sticker.

Not happy at all with this dealershipI just purchase a 2018 Toyota corollaAugust 31,2023. The problems i had first the airbag light was on,then thehorn didn't work i left out of the dealershipwithout and inspection sticker only to find outwhen they did the inspection the next dayit didn't pass the emmissions failand the manager told me i have to drive it about onehundread miles reset everything.i was expecting better from Toyotathey offer 1 month car payment and extend another 60 dayswarranty and i may have the car back with in 1 to 2 daysthey didn't even offer me a loaner car only a ride home i decline the ride home i was just to upset. i will never use this dealership again(Expressway Toyota in Boston).
