I love the product selection at this store HOWEVER... I’m literally posting this from the parking lot I went in Snipes in Roslindale today looked at several pair of sneakers early Sunday afternoon between 2 and 2:30 pm and it wasn’t too busy at all, almost empty, but yet after over 30 mins of being in there not one person (beyond the employee that greeted me after I initially walked in) offered to help me even after I sat down took the sneakers and boots that I had picked and no one still did not came over to help. I eventually walked to the register with my sneaker selection, asked the cashier for the sizes I wanted. She then asked another employee to get the sneakers from the back, which he responded "well it is my job" as he proceeded to go to the back to find the sneakers. One employee was sweeping and the others were just focused on the presentation of folding clothes. I followed him to the back of the store I. Which i sat and waited another 15-25 minutes. Eventually I just walked out at 3:25pm. None of the 4 pair of sneakers I was looking to purchase in addition to other clothing items. maybe they only run over when they see larger/younger crowds but don’t you sell sneakers isn’t that the primary revenue??? Talk about bad customer service how about no customer service a waste of my gas and my time and energy! I understand things happen people call out, but the overall team present for the day should know how to adjust for any "all hands on deck situation " so things like this don't happen.

One employee was sweeping and the others were just focused on the presentation of folding clothes. I just walked out…maybe they only run over when they see larger/younger crowds but don’t you sell sneakers isn’t that the primary revenue??? Talk about bad customer service how about no customer service a waste of my gas and my time I guess I’ll head to the mall I might have to pay more at Foot Locker but I can bet they’ll cater to me full store and all!!!!

Not sure if all there products are real at dedham location I got couples of blazer sneakers and I got a different size from a Nike store they didn’t look the same so I will never go back to snipes again something not right about there products, be careful cuz most of there products have a manufacturer damage or they not real

I love the crew in here they're helpful and have great customer service skills. I've been going here for years and I've never had an issue. They have a great selection of various name brands. They often have sales all year round.

Come here if you want to be ignored very poor customer service asking them for anything seems like you are bothering them been there on multiple occasions and got same attitude workers are on cell phones talking while customers are standing around waiting to be helped this place is a joke wish I can give it negative 5 stars.

I’m not from Boston but I walked into the store and the guy immediately told me that they close in 3 mins.. (rude) and I asked him what was the difference between footlocker and snipes and he proceeded to tell me that snipes kept there Nike deal.. (petty) he could have just explained it.. So I want be shopping there
