Our group of four went to Exhale during the holidays for a reset. We had late appointments which we were on time for, but my massage seemed a little rushed. The therapist I had was not consistent with the massage as far as technique. She even checked her phone a few times during the massage. One other person in our party only received a facial and stated that her person chewed gum throughout the facial. The other two massages were ok. The quiet area with the water/tea needed tidying up and a majority of the lockers were broken. Just wasn’t the Exhale experience that I was used to.I will not return.

I was a member of this spa for a while and it used to be great but the service has gone so down hill - don’t waste your money here, they don’t treat loyal customers or their staff well. Some recent incidents:1) Cancelled a couples massage I booked as a Christmas gift as we were walking to the spa because they never rebooked one of us after an employee left (weeks earlier). Ruined the day I had planned as a gift and also took money away from my therapist who no longer had a client that day. I asked for a refund for the gift card I had purchased for these services and they refused.2) went in with a friend for massages and my friends therapist she specifically booked accidentally took the wrong person in the waiting room. No one noticed for a while so when she did get a therapist it wasn’t the one she booked and it was less time because they were late. When we talked to the employees at the front desk they offered no discount or apology and suggested we don’t leave a tip for their therapist if we weren’t happy - it wasn’t at all her fault, she stepped in to help in a bad situation and they suggested we not pay her for their mistake.3) I was a loyal member for years and had never missed an appointment. I called the day of a massage in August because my dog needed emergency surgery and I couldn’t make the appointment. They refused to waive the cancellation fee despite my situation or loyalty. In fact, they tried to charge me a cancellation of the full price that my massage would have been PLUS I lost my monthly credit as a credit.Skip it, there are way better spas in Boston.

I was a little upset because they don’t start counting the 50 min massage from the time we are ready to start. So there was some delays in setting up the room and that was deducted from my massage time. I don’t think that’s fair.

Suzanna was amazing and, hands down, the most talented massage therapist I have ever had. The staff was cordial, the facilities were immaculate, and the experience was outstanding.

Wonderful massage. Worth the money! I loved relaxing in the sauna afterward. They take great care of you. I left feeling like a million bucks for a couple of days. I would definitely go back. Thank you, exhale spa. : )

I highly recommend Cassandra's yoga class. She is knowledgeable about the practice, leads a beautiful flow, and radiates a peaceful, light, energy. Today, we worked on spinal twists, and did a fish pose in which I felt all of my stress release from my body for the first time in years. You will leave feeling empowered, connected to your body and breath, and aware of the present moment.

This spa is wonderful. Once inside, you are guided on a tour of the facilities that you can use. If you live in the area (which I wish I did) you can belong to the spa and use the steam rooms and other amenities with your membership.I arrived from traveling all day and went right to my massage, but afterwards spent time in the hammam and the sauna and if i'd had a little extra time would have really taken in all of what they offer. They're also very good at what they do with great attention to your body.

Nice amenities and great massage, but the price is outrageous for a 50 min massage. $250 for a massage is a joke, even if you use the hot room to lay down or the sauna. I highly recommend to go elsewhere as you get better value for the money. Huge ripoff. I gave two stars due to parking situation in North end and the price.

If you have the time and means, this is a can’t miss establishment. As someone with a physically demanding position, I was so appreciative of the deep tissue massage that I had from the staff at Exhale. The facility is magnificent, clean, and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

Did not have a great experience here.- Globs of hair in the women's shower stall.- The sauna on the men's side was not turned on - so was not hot and therefore not usable.- Very expensive massage for what it was - $360 for an 80 min massage.- The therapist also asked me if I would like CBD oil/cream added for $50 - I said yes. But then the spa added an additional $10 charge to it for tip!! I did not think that was appropriate.- The worst part was that both my husband and my massages were supposed to be deep tissue massages. Mine was fine - but my husbands was NOT deep tissue. In fact - not sure what she did to him - but he left more tight then when he arrived. He could barely stand up and walk - and was in a lot of pain!- We will not be returning.

I am so impressed with the staff at Exhale Spa. I visited Exhale to unwind with a massage and facial to start my summer off right. I was greeted by friendly, helpful professionals the moment I walked in the door. My service providers could not have been nicer and more communicative in terms of what my needs were and how they could go about meeting them. The atmosphere was relaxing, the massage pressure perfect and I was introduced to the Hydra Facial. which I opted for. It was the best facial I have ever received! King checked me out and he was gracious, professional and kind. Exhale made today a very special day from start to finish. Having been to many top notch spas in my day, I would highly recommend booking at Exhale. You will not be disappointed!

My first time at Exhale, I went to their yoga class and loved it! The sauna inside the locker room was a plus! I also forgot my iwatch and the staff member was nice enough to answer the phone, go look for it and wrap it up for me safely to pick up.The 2 stars is for my 2nd visit which got me really disappointed. I booked the “lux pedicure” which was nothing close to lux for a price tag of 104$+20% tip. I’ve been to many places in Boston where you pay that price for a gel pedi /mani and an experience that’s actually “luxurious”. First, my assigned staff member was nice and polite but the technique used was less than basic and outdated. I think it’s not hygienic to poke customers with your nail in order to wipe excess nail polish, and she used a wooden stick to clean around the edges! I mean what happened to simply using a small brush which doesn’t injure the toes and does a neater job. I came home with injured toes unfortunately and now I have to figure out how to avoid an infection. The experience only included a hot wax wrap and a scrub after the feet Jacuzzi. The nail polish application wasn’t tidy and it ended up smudging before I got home. Not to mention how underwhelming the nails space looked.. it didn’t reflect how nice the other spaces were which makes me think that this facility doesn’t provide nails services as their main focus. The wooden floor had some actual holes.. and the whole nails area looked not “spa” like. I wasn’t able to relax compared to the other spaces. As a customer paying that amount for a pedi, I’m expecting a zen space with a relaxing atmosphere, Being offered water, a warm pack for my shoulders, at least 2-3 sets of foot scrubs and treatments, plus a warm towel wrap to end it up. Also, actually providing a station to dry off nails before leaving, other than the useless fan..these are few examples that actually exists in places I usually go to in the Boston area for literally half the price (another reason why you should skip this and supporting local businesses who actually care to customise their experience) .I might come back for the yoga (shoutout to the nice instructors) , but this place lost me as a spa customer.
