We had Exela handle our last two moves and both times they were very efficient, careful, and professional. They did a great job disassembling and protecting our furniture and made sure everything went where we want it.

Used Excela several times over the years and are the only movers I would ever want to go with. We’ve literally planned our move in date around their availability. Very professional, extremely efficient, and simply the best.

I did a lot of research, and this seemed like the perfect company. I hired them for an interstate move with full service packing, and all seemed fine until I began unpacking my belongings. Many things were broken or poorly packed. There was a hole in my couch and a gash in my china cabinet. Bins purchased for the move were damaged. Breakable items were not wrapped and tossed into boxes. I contacted them explaining I was not happy with what I was finding. I received a response from the owner that was truly insulting. He attempted to gaslight me stating things were already broken or that I had packed things his crew had. He offered a small refund, but it wasn't even enough to cover damages. Additionally, there was sentimental value to damaged items that I cannot place a price on. I don't know if his crew lies to him or if he just doesn't care, but I would highly recommend using another company.

EXCELLENT! Highly recommend! A hot, muggy day with a 3 floor walk-up; Igor, Ivan, Miki handled it like it was a walk in the park! Incredibly professional, great attitudes and they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. I could not have asked for a better move.

Excellent moving company. They were incredibly responsive in the months and days leading up to the move. The move itself went really smoothly thanks to Igor and his team. They arrived promptly and we really appreciate how efficient and careful the crew was with packing and moving our things. They made a stressful process so hassle-free with their professionalism and calmness. Highly recommend these folks.

Brilliant!! Wonderful experience from start to finish. The best movers I've ever had and I've moved many times. Polite, thoughtful and worked incredibly hard even in 94 degree heat and humidity! The whole process made me feel that they really understood how stressful moving is and they wanted to do everything they could to make this go smoothly and take as much stress away from me. They went above and beyond and I enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Daniel and his crew were amazing! They communicated well with me throughout the process and they did were quick and efficient during the move. A friend of mine recommended Exela to me and now that I’ve worked with them, I would recommend them 100%!

Daniel, Veliko and Sebi did a fantastic job on my move, which had tons of unexpected curve balls including an elliptical that I couldn’t sell in time. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move!

Moving can be incredibly stressful but with Exela Movers, it became much easier! They were punctual and speedy once they got in the building. The owner who I spoke to on the phone was helpful and gave a very reasonable quote. He was also responsive to my concerns. Caki, I believe was the group leader, listened to what we wanted and also relayed messages to the team. The furniture was unscathed during the move and we were delighted with this company. Everyone was kind and helpful. I would recommend Exela to everyone in the Boston area!

These guys were awesome from the very first call to moving day. Everything went without a hitch. It was kind of funny, if I ever tried to move something myself or when I went to open a box, they would interrupt me and insist on opening it for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
