Reviewing with how they actually dealt with a mistake. I had made several purchases in store, one of which I carried out and the rest was supposed to be shipped. They mistakenly marked several of the items as purchase in store, which meant I didn’t not receive them in person or in the mail. I called them up and the issue was resolved withing five minutes. Excellent customer service!

I live in the south and have only shopped online— I really appreciate how Joanna and crew took care of me and my friend during my first in person Everlane experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful- picked up an adorable jumper, an a-line dress, striped shirt, & more. Would love for Everlane to open a location in Atlanta or North Carolina.

Rude staff including manager, body shaming clients complaining how inconvenient to find other sizes in the back. So unprofessional and inappropriate.

Horrible experience shopping here at the seaport location. I was excited to try on some items until I heard the employees trash talking customers in the store. Specifically body shaming and size shaming, and over-all mean girl behavior when they thought customers could not hear them. Will not shop here again, Everlane please teach your employees some class

Extremely helpful sales ladies. They carry things that even fit plus size ( size inclusive ... thank you). They checked and found the color and size I needed and are shipping free to my home or to the store. Sale on tees a good bargain. Will definitely come back. Note that there is a small men's section of basic items of good quality.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. I scheduled a personal styling appointment with Mary Claire, who was extremely helpful and attentive! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more!

Recently they have very nice and good looking clothing. Pricey though. Most of the times, their displays changes quicker than I have a chance to try or buy. ?

I stopped in here on Sunday evening to make some returns and decided to try and find a new pair of jeans. The employee I ended up working with (I believe her name was Mary Grace?) could not have been more helpful, bringing me multiple sizes and styles to try on, and making recommendations based on each pair I tried on. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back in the future!
