It is too noisy to sleep. The walls are paper thin, or at least the ceilings are. My key cards didn't work on my second day and I had been at a hospital for 11 hours, so it was frustrating to walk with all my items back to the front desk. The staff was friendly and helpful, though! My room was much better on my first visit to the hotel. I don't think I'll go back. The room was also very small on the second visit!

Was a real nice location, till mayor Wu decided to put a bunch of homeless dudes there. Well, at least now we get Police patrolling the area with bright disco lights at least twice a week. And occasional fight. Great entertainment!

It’s no longer used as a hotel. It’s a shelter for the homeless b.
Walkability: Lots of restaurants and shopping stores. Around it.

We live nearby and although this place says it is temporarily closed, it is now hosting homeless and addicts

Upon Arrival Not Very Welcoming At All.
Upon Room Entrance
Flickering Light, Stale Smell From Carpets, No Full Length Mirror, No Blow Dryer, & Non-Working Refrigerator. Also Stains On Countertop. This Place needs A Serious Upgrade & Better Security, Nobody At Front Desk Both Times We Needed Assistance.
Loud Slamming Doors At Night, Constantly.
Very Sketchy & Very Uncomfortable Stay....
Unless Major Changes Are Made For The Better Of The Customers, Would Never Recommend.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel through a third party for my birthday weekend. We drove 4 hours and see a sign on the door that says "closed. Use back door". Well we drove to the back and go in and there's a bunch of nurses inside who yell at us for not having masks on, and inform us it's a COVID HOUSING FACILITY. There were no signs indicating this! The woman at the desk tells us that we should have been informed weeks ago about the change and gotten a refund. We were not. So we asked for a hotel recommendation which she couldn't give us and was overall rude. My girlfriend called the booking agency we used, and THEY SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. Don't go here. It seems upscale but staff is rude and they let us just walk through a COVID site unknowingly.

Good hotel for the rate. Did not get room cleaning service. Asked for extra towels twice, had to go get them from the desk after they brought to the hotel.

Worst hotel. They messed up my reservation, parking lot is horrible and the charge 25 dollars, have a cafe they say is open 24 hours but they will not serve coffee even though it says they do.
