Terrible management and overpriced rent. While you will think it is a good deal because of the rent per square foot and location, I promise you it is not. The building is sold as high amenity, luxury building. Over the past 7 years I have lived in these types of buildings in Boston and NYC, and 11 W Broadway comes nowhere close to being luxurious or high amenity. The building manager is overly defensive and not helpful. Maintenance requests ignored, broken elevators and appliances for days on end, inexplicable overnight fire alarms. All of this is without me delving into the conscious negligence the manager displayed with multiple building emergencies during a polar vortex in early 2023. I urge everyone to join the Facebook group for the building and reading through it before signing a lease.

Save yourself the headache of living here. Only pros are the location/spaciousness of the units. Management is so bad - the only time I've gotten my incredibly reasonable requests addressed is by getting in contact with the City of Boston. Seems like the City is on a first name basis with management because of the amount of resident complaints. I've lived here for less than a year and have endured outages of heat, AC, and the elevator, flooding, etc. A couple moved into one of the apartments recently from out of town and the condition was so bad when they arrived that they cancelled the lease and moved out almost immediately. Management is aware of the issues and chooses to do nothing. They have even removed Air Conditioning from the amenities on their website - probably to avoid legal action for making promises they can't keep. I could go on and on but you probably get the idea.

It truly breaks my heart to write this review. The location of this building is undoubtedly incredible, the amenities (gym, rooftop, office space, etc) are also great; however, the negligent management completely invalidates all the good the building has to offer. I've lived in many different apartments all throughout Boston, none of them being deemed "luxury," and yet 11 West Broadway takes the cake for careless irresponsibility. Do better Bodwell Pines.

So glad they were open on Christmas. Some new folks working so was a bit slow and one drink was wrong. They made it right and all is good. This photo is where the entrance is.

Great apartments in a fantastic neighborhood. 1 and 2 bedrooms with reasonable rent. Located literally on top of the Broadway T stop and directly across the street from 'Fox & the Knife' and 'Warden Hall', it just a great location. Also within a stone's throw are Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Teriyaki House, and Subway.
