they close the doors at 8:40 and they are supposed to close at 9pm so that's crazy, I went and they didn't let me in at 8:40 and on their page they say they are open until 9pm

We want to support Black Business as shown by your turnout tonight but the service is subpar. I appreciate that your making an effort and your poor servers are suffering the consequences. Please be more aware of the customer service because so many people left due to lack of service. I’m not going to give up on you but I need you to do better

If the store says it closes at 9PM. The doors shouldn’t be locked until 9PM, Not 8:45PM.
