We came here for dinner, none of us had ever been here before. Its kind of an odd set up, restaurant type area in the middle of what appears to be a grocery store. Seating is bar stools at a thin table, not very comfortable. Service was very good, fast and friendly. Pasta is very fresh and tasted excellent although a bit pricey. The place is designed to have you sit and eat and then leave, not linger for any period of time. We wanted a quick meal so this worked for us. Overall, good experience.

There are a variety of delicious, upscale prepared food counters in here - mostly sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and pastas. The prepared meals were on the pricier side, although delicious enough to be worth the expense. There are tables inside if you want to sit here and enjoy your food. There's also a grocery store inside where you can buy produce, dried fruits and nuts, and various chocolates and cookies.

As my title implies, the selection at the grocery part of Eataly is fantastic. Legitimate cheese and pasta (meat section needs some work) offerings from Italy. We ate at La Pasta/La Pizza and the appetizer was the best part of the meal. Neither the pasta nor pizza was that good. For that reason alone, we would not return to eat.

We visited this great store during the day and were amazed at the goods on offer and there quality so we decided to book dinner in the Pasta and Pizza restaurant. That was a mistake. Our starter of squid and zucchini was excellent. The mains however were terrible. I had seafood linguini. It was the most off putting smell from the dish. The seafood was well over cooked and the sauce it was in was like dishwater and tasted of nothing. My wife had pasta in a tomato sauce. The sauce was just like someone had poured a tin of chopped tomatoes over it. There was no body taste to it. We also both thought our pasta was under cooked and chewy as if it hadn't been allowed to dry properly before being used. I suggest the chef returns to flipping burgers.

Eataly it self is just wonderful! Love the shopping sections and prepared food! But the restaurant La Pizza and La Pasta do not live up to expectation. Had to wait 20mins over our reservation time, once seated given water, order taken, bussers delivered our food, portions were especially small for $29 pasta dishes, our waiter never returned to ask if we needed beverages or how our meal was, we had to go find salt and pepper ourselves, lol. It’s was almost like a joke! I recommend you ordered pickup and go sit somewhere cute around eataly! Forget the restraunts!

This restaurant is located in a mall adjacent to the Boston Sheraton. It is a combination of several dining areas and a store selling products relating to Italian cuisine. The dining areas offer a variety of Italian foods, you might want to check them all out before picking one. My wife and I had the ricotta gnocchi and stracciatella gelato. The food was very good, but expensive. It's a fun place to eat and shop. Service was very good.

It is an easy place to enjoy a variety of options and nice table service as well. We enjoyed a few oysters and drinks this time but also grabbed some fresh fruit and drinks to go.

Looking for a place for a nice lunch on a Saturday and found this lovely place. Work catchup and fantastic food. Burata and zucchini 2 dishes and beautiful. A wine and a aperol on a hot day - whats not to love. Only thing that could have improved things was more cover from the blazing sun, a good problem but it made us not linger as ling we might have liked

I went to Eataly with my 2 daughters. I thought the food was very good but not great. I had the gnocchi and it was delicious. One of my daughters had a personal pizza and it looked delicious. I would try it again.

Good Italian Restaurant with variety of pizzas, pasta and desserts. They have good vegan/ vegetarian options. The Margherita Pizza was excellent. The place also has a section where they sell all kinds of Italian grocery.

Great store for authentic Italian fare. Very excited to try their world famous cacio e pepe and seafood linguine. Was very happy with both. And definitely provide flavors that you can’t find elsewhere. The service at this restaurant was also decent but I can get really busy. The gelato store was good too. We love the pistachio flavor. I was not a fan of the tiramisu though. The pastry at the entrance was also great. They offer a variety of both sweet and savory pastries, among which I tried the almond swirl. It was a little too sweet for me but overall a great pastry. The dessert shop had a lot of varieties and flexibility in terms of ordering quantity. I was very happy with the chocolate cake with hazelnut crunch and the raspberry tart. The tiramisu puff and the pistachio puff were quite mediocre.

Eataly is not just a normal store. It's made up of many sections that are Italian inspired. They have coffee, dessert, meat, cheese, gelato, grocery, and actual restaurant sections in Eataly. I only tried the dessert and groceries so far. The dessert was ok. The FRUIT they sell is NEXT LEVEL. It's FRESH AND SWEET. However, my main issue is the COST. You will pay a premium for that fresh fruit. Almost double the cost of a normal grocery store. The desserts are also expensive. Basically, this place isn't cheap. Is it worth the cost? No, if you don't have extra money like that. Yes, if you have the money to spend.

Good food and service …. The location is fantastic above the store with windows facing the prudential tower. In the summer outside deck is available …. Prices are not cheap but you have the full real Italian experience. Wide wine selection and food menu change often. Why not 5 stars: the menu and food missed of an Italian touch and an Italian person like me can understand it. But overall a positive experience (this is not my first time… maybe the 5th or more)

The restaurant on the second floor has an impressive selection of pizza and pasta. I'm a mushrooms enthusiast, so we got the TAGLIATELLE ALLA NORCINA from the pasta selection and the NORCINA pizza. Both were absolutely amazing, extremely flavored and not very greasy which is usually the case. The staff was so friendly which made for one of the best experiences I had in Boston!
