My phone had some minor screen malfunctions and the first place I called was great. Had a nice conversation at the desk with the man who fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes! Very affordable and welcoming place for all. Will be going back if my phone has any issues in the future. Framingham location is a must!

I had bad experience in this story today 07/25/24. The attendant is gross, just not like return my apple computer just returned when I call the police. He said I’m Brazilian immigrant who crossed the border and stay here for 6 months, he told me shut up my mouth. I’m women. I feeling humiliated! Never had been this in this country. This disgusting! I not recommend this service and place never. They not respecting the woman and people. Incredible the man works that is immigrants too.
