Please dont bank with them. Service is very awful and the bank system is always down. Please take heed to this review and save yourself trouble you will thank me later. And no they do not care about the customers so they will not help you.

Got charged overdraft twice for 1 iautomatic payment during a pandemic , Judene made no type of concession but the csr finally did after i begged. I'm struggling and some were so ruthless 2 me?. Santander is better, they listen to you and crerdit you once every 3 months
