After reading all the bad reviews, no use in adding to this low life company. They were hoping i did not have cash on me. Not sure why the City of Boston lets them do business. But i will check.

STAY AWAY!! It still amazes me how a tow truck business in BOSTON can run on addicted people,
when I get to the office (which by the way looks like a house for homeless people). There were three guys smoking and looking like drug addicts.
They were extremely rude. , it seemed as if they were in an altered reality, (they repeated cash only all the time)
For a moment they looked at me in a threatening manner.
Too bad there is no option to give them zero stars.
I also ask the IRS to immediately audit this company, I don't understand why they don't like debit and credit cards for some reason, apparently they have a lot of accounts to clear up.

They overcharged me $50 and I am just finding this out due to a post of what the actual cost was suppose to be. They are rude and very sketchy. Could not be more unprofessional!!! They should be shut down for over charging people.

These guys are crooks. Unfortunately, they are very rude and trashy. Their entire staff looks like people that would be outside of a liquor store in the worst part of town begging for money. They drive around looking for people to tow so that they can charge them $160 to get their car back. They will then tell you that they only take cash leading you to walk around a horrible part of Boston and be heckled by crackheads as you search for an ATM. I am more than sure that they are conducting a lot of illegal business, and will eventually be sued if they haven’t already been. They probably bank on the fact that court cases take longer and are more costly than just paying the small fee to “get your car back” lol. I despise people like this that solely exist to inconvenience others.

I was shocked to see the wrecker pull up 20 minutes after I called. The driver Jared (?) was very kind and very professional. I was originally quoted 2 hrs and 20 minutes.

These people are Crooks Please I beg u Stay Away From This Company they towed my car as soon as I got out to go inside McDonald's 7 minutes later my car was gone and then tried to Extort $150 dollars for illegally towing my car in a 30 minute parking zone there tow yard looks like Garbage an Absolute dump!! The employees are rude and look like crackheads do not trust these people in any way and I am going to contact Solve it 7 to report these people. No one should have to put up with theft and lies. Stay safe everybody!

If I could give no stars I would . Big scratch on the side of my car that was not there last night but to say the least they damaged my transfer case and I have a road trip back home ( let's see how that goes) I will be looking into trying to file a small claims. They couldn't even allow you to see them through the tinted out glass that they have . So don't even know who your doing business with .

So i lost my airpod and double parked somewhere where i wasnt suppose to so i could look for it, i come back after a while in my car is gone. Of course I start panicking crying all of that. I figure out who has it and I called them, angrily cussing at him even though it wasnt his fault. When i got there he was still respectful and pointed me in the direction of the nearest atm. Price was $143, not too bad. Moral of the story of the story these guys were still helpful and nice to me!! I will be more careful where i park next time? also if you’re reading this i apologize for how I was on the phone <3

2 May 2023, ~5:30pmOne of East Coast's drivers just rode my bumper on surface streets for about 5 miles in Norton. Getting this close to another vehicle is purposeless in any case, doing this in a huge truck is dangerous and grossly irresponsible driving. I called about this, and the guy seemed to know who I was talking about. Maybe getting this some attention can reign this jerk in. It's not comfortable for anyone to have a semi 15 fit off their bumper. I sure don't want my mother, sister, or wife terrorized like this. It doesn't say good things about this organization that this is the way they run their business.
