Our old bank was at this location at bought out by Rockland. We have been to this bank three times now and the staff has been rude, extremely slow, and not knowledgeable about their own processes every single time.

They will charge you $40-60 a month for using out-of-network ATMs. That is absolutely outrageous and terrible business. This bank sucks.

This place SUCKS, they rent out their parking lot to Lucy's and there's no where to park. The next time I go there I will be closing out my accounts, I've been going to this location when South Boston Savings bank preceded EBSB. AGAIN this place sucks.

Update after an especially atrocious run in with sales associate Evelyn Ruiz this morning- I can reconfirm with absolute certainty this is the worst bank in Boston. Since my last review, the ATM has continuously been down, twice they've refused to cash my check with no explanation, three times they've refused me service because I didn't have my ID on me (despite having my debit card, pin and social security numbers readily available) and today I was held up over fifteen minutes for having my ID, debit card, pin and social security numbers but NOT KNOWING MY ACCOUNT NUMBER BY HEART. "Every time you come in here, there is a problem!" Evelyn hissed at me, stating the complete f****** obvious as she rolled her eyes, pretended not to hear any of my additional requests and made every step of cashing my check difficult. I wish I could talk to a manager but I don't trust them either. Just swinging by to remind you you're terrible.

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is rude, and rarely helpful. They will blast you with suspicious fees. Some you have no way to verify are legitimate, you just have to take their word for it... This particular branch farms out most of it's parking lot to a valet service for a local restaurant. It has turned the parking lot into a nightmare to use if you're a banking customer. Again, avoid at all costs...

Very nice staff, clean interior and exterior. Lots of parking, a drive thru or walk in ATM convenience, never busy. Great bank.
