Was there last night got told we close in 5 minutes at 20 of ten I said it ain’t 10 yet they said get your stuff and buy it within 5 minutes or forget it… then they had the nerve to talk about me in there OWN language speak English this is America and if you have something to say do it in English instead of being a little p u s s y will never go back to this dollar tree and it’s disgusting to be talk med to like that from someone that’s a big time shopper at all dollar tree stores

The obese black lady not in uniform (ragged pink shirt) said to me we close in ten minutes at 845 Sunday july 21. When I said it's only 845 she got angry and said no we close at 855. I said the sign says 9. She said she didn't care. Then when a reasonable associate apologized she ran over and started berating her too. She claimed to be a manager but if that's true the store manager should be fired for hiring her.

I only go here because it's the closest/easiest to get to. But never try to call the store. Save yourself the trouble. Three separate times I tried to call the store today alone. I was waiting for 5minutes and every time the call "disconnected" before I ever got to speak with anyone.

The manager Steven ( I hope I’m right about his name) was an incredible help!! I’m working on a project and he helped me find what I needed in the quantity I needed and held it for me until I could have it picked upThis man truly is a team player and cares so much for the customer!! We need more people like him!!

Today I was just told to shut up at Dollar Tree like I was a child by an Attendant that works there. In the mix of everything I was telling the casher It's okay that he didn't greet me the same as he's greeting all the Caucasian customers And he kept going on Saying I'm not your slave and You can't tell me who to talk to. And I was saying that's okay I keeped saying okay! This so-called attendant comes up and tries to defuse the situation But, instead of her defusing the situation, she escalated the situation by telling him and me to shut up. How dare she? She was yelling spitting from her mouth I was disgusted! And if you look at the cameras He was rambling on and I was holding up my hand saying it's okay. It's okay and for her to come and Tell a loyal customer to shut up for defending herself. Shame on her and she should be fired.

Never usually go to dollar tree but was having a family get together and went in for a few things. Was I impressed!! The store is clean and pleasant. The manager could not be nicer!! So helpful and so is the rest of the staff. I had to tell her what a great surprise it was!

This particular location is excellent! The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The front of the store is clean as well as outside. This location has great teamwork and take pride in their store and it shows!

May 2023: I would be hesitant to recommend this business due the lack of customer service. I did come back to this location to check out a negative review accuracy. Wow! This business owner or manager or supervisor has no customer service skills. It seems this business owner accused me of targeting the business using unverified information after I rated it with a five star review. The business owner failed to correct the accusations when I pointed out that the review was not my 5 review, but someone's review who left the business a review with the 1 that appeared directly below the one I submitted. There was no thank you comment for my review, just the attack on me in direct messenge. This business owner didn't take the high road to address the facts of the negative review. This business owner didn't comment on the positive review either. Customer service is about the reviews and responding to the customer issues to improve service and increase customer traffic. Bad responses to reviews turn customers off just as fast as in store customer service. A business owner can't please 100% of the customers 100% of the time. The focus should be on learning, growing, and providing great customer service. As of this date, the business owner has not reached out to tell me of the mistake they made attacking me in direct messages.

This store needs a staff overhaul the old black guy that smells like liquor at 9:30 in the morning that drives the white Chrysler 200 and also works at Allied security he might be the manager sure needs to get fired yelling at 9 am from your office talking about someone not following managers procedure make sure you post all signs that need to be up and also the alcohol coming off your breath you should have brushed your teeth before coming to work you work at dollar tree with mouthwash if you're having a bad night stay home close the store not a good look for a person that represents a store and work's security at a site that I know where you are that's why there no one working because of a manager with this attitude is a bad look for any company especially smelling like alcohol and have to deal with the public
