Lousy customer service. No one at the desk to check you in. Sent to Thrifty where there was a line a mile long where you had to wait for hours to get processed.

My experience was very pleasant. The representative was very nice, and I got everything done within eight minutes. It may be small, but this Dollar Rental location was very convenient, especially if you're staying at the Marriott hotel where this Dollar office is located in.

Completely unreliable and impossible to contact when they don't show up. I had an 8 am booking and no one was at the counter until 8.40 am. There were three cars booked for 8 am that morning. Do not book here if you need to be anywhere on time.

$200 Sec Deposit with Debit card combined w/ cost of rental...ex: $200 dep and $90 rental = $290 held on card until rental is returned... Marriott Copley; less fees than the airport.

Yelp won't let me type -1. We showed up on-time at 12:45 am to pick up our car reserved and pre-paid over a month ago through carrental8.com. There are no cars available and they said it would be a minimum 1 hour wait. We were not alone since 7 other customers were already camped out. Meanwhile our hosts are waiting for our arrival so we wasted money on our Airbnb stay. But the agent at the counter just doesn't give a damn.

No problem with the local Staff of this office, but I was charged $17 by Dollar corporate for some mystery toll, of which $15 was a Dollar fee. Apparently there is a bridge toll that must be paid via mail...no booth, so basically Dollar is charging me $17 to drive across a bridge. Their toll claims department kindly told me they weren't going to reduce that (even though I had no idea it even was a toll bridge) so over $15 I will never rent from Dollar again.
