This company doesn't answer phone calls. Called their manager's extension, provided by a worker, and he tells me to call the same public company phone number. I've called the number 8 times throughout the workday. They clearly have some severe management and workforce issues. Use with caution.

Great people and good delivery of cars. However, you cannot get a single person to answer the phones at this place whether it be an drop off address change or claims on damage to cars. Absolutely ridiculous that this company just can’t answer a simple phone call.

Very Busy Port. They are Located inside of the port vehicle dropoff area. You need an appointment to get in and you need a reflective safety vest as well to be allowed on the premises.

Do not use this company. They drive crazy on the road. The truck ran me off the road and I was driving a 30 foot motor home! I then watch as the driver cut 3 other cars off the road. This happened on 287 in nj on Saturday 10-20.Later on we hit traffic on 87 North bound in Ny and was stuck in traffic next to the truck. I was able to see the driver text on his phone and using his knees to steer the truck. I was high enough in my rv in order to see this. Once traffic broke I watch as he past cars going at least 80 mph. I was doing about 70 and he was flying and soon out of sight. But not before I was able to get a picture of him texting. Thank goodness for my dash camera and my son who took pics of the truck.

Their driver wanted us to deliver the vehicle to his truck rather than him pick it up from us! Then he gets here, damages the car next to the one he took, gives no paperwork and leaves. I contact the office and they say I must have video of their driver doing the damage or else it didn't happen. Absolute sleaze company. I won't let their trucks come here again, that's for sure.

Everyone be aware of these trucks. I am a truck driver and this is the second time I was run off the road by these guys. Truck was doing 80 in left lane and passed me and moved over pushing me into the right lane. This company is dangerous! Called state police on these drivers multiple times

They must of done away with checking driving records. Truck #605 was texting away while driving with a load of vehicles. Almost took a family in a van completely off the road, when I passed him he was texting away on his cell phone.
